Trainwreck Alex Dacy / Alex Dzimtowicz / Wheelchair Rapunzel - 50% wholesome disability influencer, 50% that cash me outside girl

There is a good article on life expectancy by the SMA Foundation.

Pretty much any time past age 25 is considered borrowed time even with treatment for type 2.

"Type II (aka Dubowitz disease, ‘sitters,’ intermediate SMA) - Presents at 6 to 18 months old; able to sit but with hypotonia, areflexia, a progressive proximal weakness that disproportionately affects the legs over arms. Progressive scoliosis and intercostal muscle weakness result in restrictive lung disease. Other notable characteristics are polyminimyoclonus of the hands, ankylosis of the mandible, and joint contractures. Around 70% of patients will survive until 25, with some surviving into the third decade; respiratory compromise is the major cause of mortality."

Well that's bleak. At least Ari won't have formed any memories of her.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if one of her drunken wheelchair rides did her in. Not sure where the controls are on her chair, but she has so little motor control as it is. Add in booze and it's all too easy to go forward when you want to brake and just roll out into traffic or over a curb. God forbid she manages to tip that things over. She can't catch herself or guard her head.

I don’t think the comparison to Meg is a good one, and I might be insulted if I was Meg. Meg had an accident and lost partial use of her body, but she’s stable, relatively strong, doesn’t need full-time caregivers, and probably has a close to normal life expectancy.

Alex has a disabling and progressive disease with barely any ability to move or even swallow. That pregnancy set her back in ways she’ll never regain and her decline is becoming obvious.

Normally I’d say let her have her delusions of being an internet thot, but when she had Ari I was very alarmed. Now though, she appears to have done the right thing and is letting Noah raise Ari and just seeing her on weekends. Whether it’s based on selfishness and a desire for a party lifestyle, or a realization that caring for a child is beyond her, the correct thing is happening.

I’m very happy for Ari. Noah is stepping up, plus finding interests, (cooking) and taking good care of his daughter. (Those bruises are absolutely normal). I hope Noah meets a nice stable woman in 5 or so years when Alex is gone and can’t cause problems, who can be a good and kind step-mother to Ari.

It’d be a nice cow success story, which are all too infrequent.

The Reddit retards need to shut up about Ari's bruises. I know it's been said repeatedly but anybody with any experience with babies knows they're basically moving blobs of scrapes and bruises at her age. She's adorable and is being raised with love from the looks of things and I'd hate for the redditors to fuck her over.

it's also incredibly weird coming to this thread and seeing pictures of Ari. I have a baby whose close in age to her and they look startlingly similar to.

She really doesn't, though. She can barely hold her phone, only by propping it with her leg/knee, and her grip is flimsy and weak. And that's in her "good" hand/arm. I'm not saying she couldn't do something beyond being an Instathot, but yeah.
You are absolutely right. This is why there are so many pornographic photos of Christy Brown.

The reason I mention Meg is more because of her attitude and outlook. Alex has the tendency to lump all disabled people together. In reality, there are millions of different disabilities that impact people's lives in different ways. Just because some disabled women can be good mothers doesn't entitle all disabled women to have kids.

Alex bitches and moans about not being able to do things but never makes an attempt to do anything. There is very little she can do, but she doesn't even explore within those limits.

Vagueposting. Selfie with text "I can never catch a fucking break." Looks like she's maybe been crying? Sitting in her kitchen in a cheap-looking and ill-fitting bikini top.

No sign of Ari, which is the midweek norm at this point.
CPS visit? Another caregiver bit the dust? Could be just about anything but thankfully, she can never resist oversharing eventually.

No posts today, and no update on why she was pouting a couple day ago.

Yesterday or the day before, she posted this photo of Ari:

Then, later, this photo of food:

That's it from her.

And this may be nothing, but I noticed that, in a batch of photos that were supposedly all taken the same day, Ari went through multiple outfit changes. That could just be because she's at the age where she wears more food than she eats. However, it could also be Alex playing dress-up with her so she has more photos to scatter throughout the week. Reddit has been able to match up photos taken the same day by the outfits Ari was wearing, so Alex knows people are on the lookout.

Or I suppose it could be both: baby blowouts end up creating a photo opportunity for a content-hungry narcissist.

Noah has continued to post mental health memes, but I really think he just looks at a ton of mental health accounts and shares things he likes to his stories. I don't think there's much point in reading anything into them unless he adds his own text, which he never seems to do. As @glass_houses said, he's pretty well out of the content-creating picture right now, so I'm not too enthused about delving into his socials.

You'd think Alex would be aware that at her age, she could go at any moment, and might want to maximize time spent with her daughter & agree to anything that will make Ari's life easier. You know, instead of wasting what may be the last two years of her life having pointless arguments with other retards on the internet. If she could just accept all the assistance offered to her, she could run out the clock in absolute mum paradise (if she really did love her child).

If she could accept the help offered (and quit drinking) she could extend her lifespan. Her cause of death is going to be either hypoxia or aspiration on her own secretions, and drunken stupidity increases the risk. Does she see a respiratory therapist? Or just keep using the bipap she got years ago?

Basically: if she could face the fact she's severely disabled she could probably live a few years longer and with her "twerk juice" and future treatment possibly a lot longer. But that would require her to face facts.

Alex is obsessed with proving that disabled people can live normal lives just like able-bodied people. Like I've said, I absolutely hate the way she lumps all disabled people together. Some disabled people are more physically capable than others. For example, there was a girl with Downs syndrome in my high school gym class. She was the only special ed student I ever saw in a regular gym class. She was more physically able than her special ed classmates. Some disabled people are more intellectually capable than others. The only regular class that the girl with Downs participated in was gym. She wasn't intellectually capable of participating in math or English. Alex, on the other hand, wouldn't be able to participate in gym class but would be able to participate in math and English. To use Meg as an example again, Meg can safely carry a baby to term. Alex can't. It's a miracle both Alex and Ari survived that ordeal.

A lot of disabled people need special accommodations or equipment to navigate life. That girl with Downs syndrome didn't just participate with everyone else. She had an aide to help guide her through the different activities because she had trouble understanding the teacher's instructions. Alex needs a wheelchair and caregiver. She will never be fully independent. There is no shame in needing help. There is no shame in admitting you need help. There is shame in not appreciating the help that is given to you.

My dude, you're starting to sound like Reddit.
While I would love to see Ari's reaction to getting a mouthful of soy sauce - it would be a good learning opportunity about not shoving absolutely everything in your mouth - I'm a bit worried about the bottle. Kikkoman typically comes in glass bottles. Even at that height, she could break or chip the bottle if she dropped it. Shards of glass + squishy baby skin + very salty liquid = not fun. not fun at all. Thankfully, Ari lives with people who have plenty of experience with childrearing and a father who loves her enough to turn his life around and accept the help he was offered.
