What is funny is the comments to that Instagram post. So many haydurz telling Alex that people don't hate her because she's disabled, it's because she's a garbage person.

Alex is proof that even disabled people can be jerks. And she can’t hide behind the excuse that she is socially unaware due to Aspergers/autism. I’ve met people with very low iqs and literal brain damage that were nicer than Alex, by far.

Absolutely. I've met lovely people who were in chairs. I've met okay people in chairs. And I've met dreadful people in chairs. The dreadful people blamed their shitty behaviour on how unfair life was for them, but honestly, I have no doubt at all that even if their lives and body were perfect they'd still find a reason to be a dick.

Alex got discharged from the hospital and is back home. Baby Ari is still in the NICU for now.

Alex is so desperate not to lose Noah. I wonder if it's the narc refusal to admit she's been dumped or she's finally realised that it's going to be very difficult to keep the bub without him there.
Or maybe, in her own small, mean way she genuinely cares for him. It can be really hard to tell with narcs.

Ari has a nose hose likely for top up feeds - when they're so little they're not great at sucking and they get tired easily, so you give them an opportunity to suck (on breast or bottle) and then top up the rest of the feeds via the tube (eg. say the scheduled feed is 80mL but baby can only drink 50mL before getting tired, you then pour the remainder down the nose hose).
This also helps baby learn that "suckling = full tummy", if baby can't take much by mouth you give them a dummy/pacifier to suck on while you give their feeds.
I hope Alex will be able to go in for daily visits, having her own care and mobility issues might mean shorter visits which can be really tough (and not the most conducive to getting your milk to come in, but it's still absolutely possible).

Thankfully, I can't see any of Noah in that kid. She looks like Alex combined with a tomato, which is frankly better-looking. I find his looks unpleasantly soft for a man, like a pumpkin that's on the cusp of rotting.

In the one video if his I watched for more than 30 seconds I started watching the chat - all girls, all faux- sweetly asking about Alex, all vying to get noticed. I can only imagine what's going on in DMs.
As for Alex and being desperate - it is amazing the work some [often women] do to be both parts of a relationship, do all the emotional (and financial, and everything else] work when with a weak link. It generally ends in a net loss for the person doing all the work, and objectively embarrassing choices along the way. You see it even in evidently attractive, dynamic "have it all" people, as well as in more unique types (physically and/or psychologically) like an Alex or a Chantal, but it's generally some combination of idealization of love and deep-seated fear of not having it, and lack of boundaries. It can be mild or disastrous but always a net loss. If Alex is a selfish jerk, the L will likely be less difficult to take; counterpoint is a relatively small pool of potential alternatives, which might make her hang on harder.

Why is she letting the dog lick her mouth? I hope she doesn’t kiss the baby on the lips, that’s the easiest way to give a kid cold sores and for newborns and very young children, it’s actually dangerous.

Already using her newborn daughter for views. Reminds me of the kid that got trackpants and jumper printed with 'I do not consent to be photographed' for her and her brother, so their mother couldn't use them for influencer material. I can understand putting up photos when a bub is newborn and you have birthbrain, but the more on the net you are, the more you need to protect your baby from creeps. She can post the bub's feet or little hands or something, and that should be okay, but she should not be putting the baby's body and face on the internet.
