I do have to admit Noah and his family gained my respect for coming together to give Ari the best. Plus, somehow, they managed to send Alex off to her own party apartment, where she can do her stupid stuff away from Ari yet still get visiting time.Ari is by far the most cared for bub in all the threads that I personally follow on kf. She looks physically healthy, engages normally with her surroundings, appears to be hitting her milestones and clearly loves her dad. The rash/eczema is a little concerning, but if it's a reaction to something that can't be mitigated, like pollen from a common garden plant for instance, and the rash isn't bothering her, there's no reason for medication.
I have never been so happy to be made a liar in my life. Noah hasn't stepped up, he's leapt up, he's taken all our shit talking and wiped his arse with it. The next challenge will come when Ari reaches the age where she'll want to make friends and establish her own connections, but so far Noah is doing an amazing job; also his family in backing him up and supporting him when he needs it, and letting him fall when he needs to.
I am slightly concerned that Ari doesn't have a pediatrician, primarily because of Noah's known opinions on doctors and vaccines, which I am sure he's picked up from his parents. Plus, I've gleaned from the little bits of info over the year, like using a level two bottle nipple on an infant and asking the internet when to wean Ari off formula. I hope I am wrong, but when they have been accused of anything medical with Ari, I would assume Alex would throw it in everyone's faces that the pediatrician said everything is fine. Still, she hasn't posted a single medical growth story since Ari was a month old.
