No, he won't unless his parents march him in front of one and bankroll it. But let's be optimistic, he might get his shit together and decide to do it himself at some point before Ari turns 18.
And strictly speaking he doesn't need a lawyer to get the paperwork filed. He could do most of it himself if he's motivated enough to do the research. Or he could look up free/low-cost law offices and law schools near him who could help out.

Well, she did file a restraining order, right? Isn't that the legal paperwork we saw a few pages back? I still think she could claim she feels Noah is a danger to Ari - and she checked the box for "threatened to kidnap/abduct shared child" so, she might have a case. Again, I don't know, and family court varies WILDLY not only from state to state and county to county but judge to judge. But honestly, I guess I should stop trying to find reasoning behind Alex's behavior since she's never had reason for her actions before.

She's outright admitted here that she doesn't have the caregivers to look after herself full time, yet gloats she has Ari full time.
The "you are such a great momma!" people deliberately ignore such glaring contradictions. They'll never admit she only has Ari because she's visiting (?) her parents.

FYI, she says she's going to be blocking people who don't follow her on SnapChat if they view her content. You can view SnapChat without an account (I don't have one and barely know how it works) via the desktop version of SnapChat or with a variety of anonymous viewing services.

Yes but she filed the police report a month after the incident and notably after Noah started seeing the new girlfriend. Family court will probably see it as retaliation.
Noah seems to have left Alex alone since they broke up, so I doubt a restraining order will be granted.
Normally family court judges try to rule in the best interests of the child(ren). It is very, very rare that a parent gets 0 custody or visitation. But in this case... What the fuck are you supposed to do? Noah won't get his shit together and Alex needs someone else to get her ready for her OF content. It would be nice if the judges decides to place Ari somewhere, notably her grandparents, while her parents get their shit together.

Sadly this would be a case of “which is the lesser asshole” if it ever got in front of a judge. I also can’t see either one having the initiative to actually go play in family court short of the grandparents intervening on some level.

IIRC, she got an IUD after her C-section, so that's not likely. If she did get pregnant with an IUD, she'd be beyond fucked.
