All without a maternity leave! Do they have another source of income? Besides Yar's part time army stuff? I don't think so.

I suspect he’s working at least part time again and just hasn’t updated his Linked In. No-one could blame him going to ground in that regard as his wife has a very negative online presence. While we do see him occasionally out and about on a weekday with Alex (eg the Wednesday farmers market after a scan appointment), he is often not at home during the weekday vlogs. As a couple, their lifestyle would be hard to keep up on Alex’s falling views, and just his $14k/per annum National Guard Reserves income. She only averages around 100k views a week with very few sponsorships, and I doubt that’s paying for the house and two cars and all Alex’s shopping, food, and trips away. It might have once when her views were higher, but that’s no longer the case. I can’t see her Amazon affiliate links bringing much in either, given the stuff she links is generally terrible, I doubt many people are taking fashion advice from her.

I'd be interested in a breakdown of their monthly expenditures. I think it would be especially astounding to discover how much they spend on food.

Alex is home all day with nothing to do and (ugh I hope it's okay to speculate here, let's keep this to ourselves, okay?) I heard she might be pregnant. Other than social media, there's nothing to occupy her time, no distraction from food. She believes that her pregnancy provides justification for eating whatever she wants in enormous quantities. What does she do all day if she's not eating? It's not as though she has hobbies, except for whatever she pretends to enjoy for the sake of filming yet another idiotic video. She doesn't read. She doesn't meditate (lol). She doesn't paint or tend a vegetable garden or play an instrument or restore classic cars. I have trouble imagining her really thinking about much of anything for more than a few seconds.

I think she sits around all day, gob stuffed and head empty. I bet she's mindlessly packing it in, all day long.

To be fair, after the lamination video I'm not sure eating without aspirating her food doesn't take a good deal of her mental power during the day. Probably why she needs those two hour afternoon naps.

It recently occured to me that Yar quite possibly was provided with a somewhat sizeable severance payout when he left his last job. It's reasonable to think that he may have been "overpromoted" into a position he could not handle and was asked to resign with a big check dangled in front of him. Generous severance packages are a common way to avoid discriminaion lawsuits, just saying. I could see them being financially comfortable for a few more months if his final paycheck was equal to 3-6 months salary in addition to the $4,000 a month income he would have from "Army" and Unemployment.
But not for long.

Extremely important.

She also keeps talking to the dog about the arrival of "his brother". Lady, you're having a real baby now, you can stop pretending that your pet is your child.

Years ago they would tell moms to bring a huge bag of items like sour lollipops and tennis balls in a sock. The bags sat untouched.
