YouTube fatties all go through this exact same cycle of "I am doing a new diet and vlogging for accountability" to "I will never talk about weight and diets on my channel ever again!" when they inevitably fail. It's so boring, you are never losing the weight and we all know it.

Idk why she doesn't go on Ozempic, can she not do it because of the gastric bypass?

I have the sneaking suspicion that she's been trying to conceive again and it's not working because she is so massively fat, last time she got preggo was after she lost a bunch of weight.

I think it's neither. They most likely did at home insemination with a DIY kit.
Too fat for IVF and no chance these two have sex. He recoils whenever she tries to touch him.

Nah, he is black (or dominican or whatever) and they will fuck any white woman, even ones twice as big as Alex. Let's not pretend men have standards in that regard to begin with. It's more likely she isn't very interested in sex since being fat fucks up your hormones and leads to low/nonexistent libido. He's probably a coomer spending her money on OnlyFans tho.

She wants bolth. The trophy nonfat husband and the little mini me cute little babygorl (goodness gracious, the world doesn't need another one of her kind).
It's all for appearances, judging from how she interacts with her son she is quite lacking in the emotional department. I doubt she really loves Yarbage either, probably an anxious attachment of some type, that's why she showers him with presents and gadgets but pinches pennies when it comes to her son, mother or any other family member.
I was about to type or friend, but she doesn't have any.

Loves Weight Watchers because of the hacks and zero point foods (such as fruits and starchy vegetables) - she can't be without her snakies ever when her health is on the line. Fatlexandra got a blood clot in her leg and just a mere couple of months later decided to try and lose weight.
This whole monologue felt very disingenuous until she started talking about some huge pumpkin loaf from WW she made during her last WW cycle, all of a sudden she got vey animated. It was big:

So apparently couple months ago she had a blood clot, didn't go to the doctor immediately, just after Nancy told her, that is terrifying.

But it doesn't make sense, if it happened months (weeks?) ago why now? She still ate ton of shitty snacks in the recent vlogs. Totally don't understand this timeline.

She seems scared but also doesn't look likes she is taking any serious action, still hoping to hack it some way. This vlog made me uncomfortable. With the blood clots you can die instantly sorry. Hopefully she at least takes medication now.
Still she is so infuriating. Between all of this she says there is nothing wrong with being obese, but also you can lose weight and you don't have to lose weigh, she can't make up her mind.
At least she addressed the matter to the audience appropriately this time and there will be a content to watch and judge.
