Oh yeah it goes without saying that she didn't need to quit her job for her booboo. People lose limbs or become paralyzed and return to being productive members of society because sitting around doing nothing all day is depressing. I just assumed the original injury was real, it probably hurt a lot, she took time off of work for it, and things went from there.

Even nursing home patients have more structure and activity in their days than these able-bodied adults.

I was reading this thread last night and had a half formed question of where was Tammy when her sister was strung out, her niece and nephews were being raised by meth addicts, Amber was allegedly being sexually abused, the kids were in foster care and two placed up for adoption? She wanted to act like a fucking hero when Amber's mom most recently got sprung from jail, but why was she so apathetic when there were little kids involved? Most people I know would fight tooth and nail to get custody of their sister's kids.

From what I recall, that went down when AL was a teenager. She moved from grandma's/Tammy's to Kasey's. Those kids went into foster care when Amber was 8 and you know there were CPS investigations and other assorted fuckery before the kids were finally removed.

What I am saying is that the whole family is shitty white trash.
