Ok. Maybe it's just my suspicious nature, but to me it looks like Amberlynn did a YouNow 4/24 with the same outfit she had on in her grocery haul. So where's the update about the diet plan , what she ate yesterday, or weigh in? It's the evening of 4/26 already. She also published a video 4/24 in the same outfit. She did say in the last video on the 25th she had filmed 3 videos that day(meaning the 24th).
Can't even be sure when she bought her diet food because she forgot part of the haul leaving the carrots and celery in the fridge. Maybe I'm being a little obsessive.

This is the most random assortment of foods I have ever seen and it's definitely not a sustainable way of eating. She shops like a college student who hasn't figured out how and what to eat yet but she's like 26...

Sounds like she's prepping a week of school lunches. No variety, boring and flavorless. But she likes flavorless school lunches. Remember that video where she said her foster parents gave her money for lunch, but she was on free lunch already, and she just got two every day (and also ate everyone's rice, that'll do it...) This grocery list is also rather inexpensive compared to what she usually gets. No YT$ this month?

It's been said before, but I still have to question why these people use the ER as if it's some form of urgent care facility. They can't all have such great insurance that it doesn't end up costing them an arm and a leg in the long run. Is this just another one of those white trash logic problems where they don't know any better?

Apologies if that friend is actually ill, it's just that every few months pictures show up with these dullards literally hanging out at the ER and - obesity aside - they all deny health problems.

The problem is people on medicaid, and these two most def are, get FREE ER visits and that's why they use and abuse it like a McDonald's drive thru. It's a huge problem and Medicaid has been looking at ways to tackle the issue because it costs billions - like having a penalty if they go to the ER for non-emergency or stupid shit. (I don't think this has happened yet, but they are reviewing many ways to get these people to stop abusing the system. One thing they have as some hospitals is built regular "urgent care" type places right next to ERs to send the stupid patients to that show up for non-ER reasons. Scheduling an actual doctors appt. is too much effort much for these dumbfucks getting a free ride, so better to just show up whenever you feel like it at the ER for any old reason.)

Insurance companies nipped this shit in the bud a long time ago with $100 plus co-pays and further penalities for non-emergency stuff, but god old Medcaid just lets these dumbfucks keep clogging up ERs on a whim for free. It really, really pisses me off. Nothing like actually being in an ER for legit reasons waiting behind a bunch of white trash there because they are bored, have indigestion or to see if they can con some free pills from the doctor on duty. I watched a guy, with severe burns from a car radiator explosion shivering under a blanket, wait 40 minutes for treatment because of ignorant selfish fucks like Dana and Co had backed up the ER so bad with their stupid bullshit.

In rural/poor areas I would guesstimate at any time the ER waiting room is at least 70% medicaid patients there for either bullshit reasons or something that should have just been taken care of with a doctor's appt.

Sadly, it's all too true. I really think (save for the drug seekers) that a lot of these white trash cases go simply because they are bored - seriously - it's why they take "friends" with them and take selfies like it's some social activity. They probably think it's like being on a medical drama show and they definitely feed on the attention they get from the medical staff.

It really infuriates me but nothing will change until abusing the system like this actually costs these ignorant POS something. ER's will tolerate it to a large extent because they get to the bill Medicaid for big bucks for basically just tolerating attention seekers for a few hours and handing out some tylenol.

I don't know if it's the same in other areas, but where I live if someone goes into an ER with a bad cold or sprained ankle, they sit and wait for at least four hours. Hospitals have waiting rooms to discourage people from taking advantage of the ER.
