I heard that a scale will get screwed up and wont read properly if you routinely keep weight on it while it's not being used, maybe a kit bag or a rolled yoga mat, whatever. Don't know if that's true. If you go over the limit the scale can read that will also possibly break it and/or screw up the reading. Just change the batteries and see if it still works. I think AL could gather an audience of legitimate fans if she would just do what she says for the bare minimum, for the sake of trying. Everybody fails sometimes, everybody screws up. Society loves the coming up underdog. There's people out there in the exact same position as her who would be delighted to follow the documented ups and downs of someone on a big weight loss journey, as has been shown before, flaws and all, it's a sure fire way to bring in views. But there's so much deep psychological in and out going on with AL that it's literally hard to know if she really wants to lose weight, or means even half of what she says, or if it's all just a sideshow for the sake of being looked at. She makes these semi-serious weight loss vlogs now and again, then films a mukbang/her eating out the next day? Which is it?

Acrylics are pretty expensive for what they are, 30$ for a new set and 15$ per fill just for nails isn't cheap. She really shouldn't be getting them considering she has no job lol

I'm surprised her Walmart sells so many chokers, but no batteries. The real problem is that she keeps buying scales that are meant for humans. It's got to be hard to find one that goes over 500 pounds. I Googled "scales for people over 500 pounds" and found these:
