We have no reason to believe that Rickie DOESN'T still work at the Chicken Factory, right? Whether he is literally snapping necks on the factory floor or not, tough team based physical labor jobs like that where you work all day shoulder-to-shoulder busting your ass with your coworkers usually tend to breed a kind of kinship/camaraderie/bro-dude sort of solidarity.

I'd be absolutely willing to believe this too. Rickie likely gets a lot of manly slaps on the back at work and "hang in there, man" from his dudes.

Dermablend has makeup specifically for the body. People use it to cover tattoes, for vitiligo, varicose veins, etc. Edit to add - she also just said she got an order from Sephora. They don't sell Dermablend but they have a number of other brands of body makeup.

Moving's hard. There's no reason to even assume that E+R are financially stable enough to move. Or generally in a time period that they can. You know who can, and wants, to move? Amber. Rickie shouldn't have to throw away what little he's built for himself because one fatass doesn't want go that far away and can't compromise with her behemoth girlfriend that wants to pull her away from the only place she's ever known. Amber would bitch even more if she was at risk of staying in that house forever.

I'm not arguing that they should have to move. I agree that Amber should be the one to go.

However, Amber pays half the rent, and if Amber isn't willing to leave, they can't make her go. Amber has even said previously that if she and Becky broke up, she'd still live there. They'd have to get the landlord to evict her. I don't know how much of a hassle that would be, even if the landlord was completely on board for it, especially if she isn't violating any of the terms of the lease.

But really, no one should get overly attached to a rented living space, because ultimately it isn't yours.

He may be one of those for whom it slowly builds, and they never say anything - or if he did, nobody is listening. One of the saddest things I've seen was game night where Ricky did actually start talking about his anxiety and he was ignored then eventually Fat Albert started squealing and drowned him out anyway. But when people like that reach their limit they are DONE, and are about to just walk away from the lot. It's hard to explain, but it's almost as if everything is tainted, burn the lot and start again.

Ah, you know what. I'm remembering this exact game night sitchyashun now that you are bringing it back up again.

I don't want to write out an entire essay-length dissertation describing Rickie's backstory and family history (Suffice to say, I believe that much parental infighting was involved), but little Clanger is very correct: he is most definitely the only member of the Gay Daycare that I would feel comfortable believing actually experiences acute, genuine anxiety and still carries the complications of his past traumas around with him. And yet (as has been said many times before) here the poor fellow is - the only adult with a Monday-Friday job, doing all the housework, cooking, cleaning......god damn at least Eric has started to step up just the tiniest bit now.
