The ozempic era won't be long. It absolutely works, but in the sense that you're almost guaranteed to feel nauseated and bloated. ALR is a beast that absolutely can not handle any form of discomfort, so after realizing what's causing fatty to feel this way, she'll dump it.
The best thing that her handler can do is just convince her it's the food that's making her feel like shit and not the meds as long as possible.
And regarding the needle, it's an insulin one. It is injected once a week into the stomach in a fatty area (lucky for ALR since you couldn't accidentally hit something besides fat if you wanted too). I.e. unlike muscle injections, you wouldn't even notice unless you're watching.
If she complains about that, it's literally complaining just to complain.
I'm also kind of curious about the payment part. It ain't cheap, there's not really any generics (a compound pharmacy can offer semaglutide/l-carnitine, but it's effectively the same price and last time I looked it was roughly $400 a month without insurance.
