They also paid for a weight watchers membership for Amber long after she aged out of the system, and for the moving expenses for Amber and Destiny's U-Haul and move to Kentucky. And according to Casey, they also sent her gift cards for Christmas (Torrid). It would make no sense for them to treat Amber like an aminal in their home while in foster care in order to save a few bucks, when they were more than willing to keep shelling out money for her long after she aged out of the system.
