Agree with ICallS. IF one or both of their channels die, the Reactosphere will implode. Some reactors may try to foist unwelcome cows upon us rather than organically grow into reacting to cows viewers favour.
The smart reactors understand reactions are best kept to side gig status. Although reactions aren’t generally about objectivity, at least a small measure of that is required for the best reactions.
The reactors who can’t maintain a certain level of objectivity or distance, who can’t apply healthy dollops of humour and who make the critical mistake of identifying in some way with their cow, might as well stick out their asses for branding for they are surely slaughter house bound at some point themselves.
So theoretically nuke Chantal and/or Amber’s channel, either physically kill them or watch them shrivel up via even worse nontent and what are reactors to do? Some may just quietly fold up. Others will find the aforementioned new or less popular cows and push them heavily.
What many will not acknowledge is that established cows tend to already have their own reactors and we could see some interesting and thoroughly petty bun fights develop between the established folks and those trying to charge into spaces new to them.
Some of this quarrelling will be epic but sadly, most will quickly descend into incredibly petty bickering.
Smart reactors are or have for a long time, been testing the waters with new cows or different content altogether. It doesn’t get the same view/super chat numbers as ALR or FB content but the creators are collecting what could be valuable data for later.
Chantal especially, can smugly, arrogantly trumpet that without HER, reactors have nothing and in many cases, she’s right.
The elephant in the room she’s avoiding or losing in all that smugness is that without ‘her’ YT presence, she is the one that ends up with nothing.
She’s the ultimate loser in all of this with ALR right behind her.
