Naw, I don't think so. First of all, I'm sure Amber was on her best behavior when Tommy was there, so she didn't get to see the obnoxious, narcissistic, cunty side of her personality. Secondly, Tommy literally gets off on being crushed under another woman's enormous gunt, and while there are millions of obese people in the USA, only those at the highest end of the scale will possess meat aprons large to engulf a full grown woman.
I do think she might have been dumb or naive enough to believe that if she just used a first name when speaking to Amber, a name that was different than her real one and the ones she'd used in her online feeder-fetish life, that no one would figure out who she is, so it's quite possible that being so quickly identified and having all her secrets revealed-secrets that she obviously never told Amber- might have scared her and she could have had a temporary freak out which might have made her back off for a bit , but only for a bit, if at all. Amber is desperate to feel loved and special and Tommy has a strange, specific fetish that can only be fulfilled by someone at the extreme upper end of the BMI range-so neither of them are going to let this thing go. Sure it'll fizzle and die in time, like all Amber's relationships, but for now, they're almost certainly still together.

I do not buy the opinion that they have not broken up, a bit like with Jade. Emily seems to have settled in Wisconsin, with a job, friends and family. It would means that it would be Amber that would need to move, but it would be impossible for her to let us believe that she is still in OKC, in a new flat, not going to bingo with her mother, etc.

It is also possible that they continue a long-term internet relationship, but that does not help Amber in driving to Target, and other duties. In the off chance that Emily move to OKC, it is hard to believe that they would stay in her present flat. She would be eventually found out.
