If she was eating 1,600 calories a day, she should be losing 5 pounds a week. Clearly, the diary entries showing this amount of calories was all for her audience and not really for her to follow. She might have done it for a few days, but now she is hungry and wants to eat. Furthermore, most of her recent weight loss are likely fluid loss and not fat. She will gain the last 10-20 pounds fast.

This also highly depends on where you go. The closest cosmetic surgeon to me is in a mid sized town of about 300,00 people. Lio injections there run about $650 for one syringe (half in each lip). The cost of surgery includes recovering at a hotel or even a rented house that the doctor sets up as a recovery house where they have nurses that come to you to change your dressings and check on you for a week or so post op. So with that in mind, it makes the cost of the actual surgery even cheaper. Actually, most of the people I know who have done the BBL or “mommy makeover” went to Mexico to have it done.

Lexington isn’t exactly New York City or Atlanta, but it isn’t a hick town either. Surgeons might charge at the higher end of the scale and there probably won’t be one in her area that will severely undercut the competition if they know people are willing to pay that kind of money across town for the same procedure. She might be able to find one who isn’t as expensive as everyone else in her city, but traveling long distances to get a really good deal just doesn’t seem like something she would do.
