That’s what you get when you tell someone like Amber to “call me anytime if you have questions”. Most people would see that as during standard business hours, and a one off call at that once you’ve tried to action a plan and are confused or missed vital information. Not Amber though, who is likely rarely awake during business hours, and would be looking for answers immediately to the most mundane of questions that happen to pop into her head (or her comments section).
If I remember correctly she hounded this woman on Thanksgiving with stupid questions and then got annoyed when she didn't answer immediately.

By the genius that is @Turd Blossom, I bring you--

A day in the life of Amber's dietician (as told through texts):
  • 2pm: "I just got up. Should I intermediately fast until 5pm or do I go straight to IHOP for bacons?"
  • 4pm: "Sorry to bug you, but for my 2nd meal, Becky is refusing to take me to any restaurants with healthy options. Which is healthier: Sonny's or the Chinese Buffet? Pls hurry, I'm STARVING."
  • 4:30pm: "One more quick question.. If I only eat half of this double order of macaroni and cheese and eat the rest at home can I apply it to tomorrow's calories?"
  • 5:00pm: "Since I never heard back from you, I had pie and ice cream. I'm starting to feel like you're not committed to my journey"
  • 7pm: "Hey girl! Thanks for the information about ice cream. Obviously milkshakes are ok though?"
  • 7:30pm: "Getting ready for my 3rd meal of the day! Becky's out getting us Subway. I'm getting a footlong per usual but this time I'm NOT getting the cookie and Sprite combo! Baby steps! P.S. If I eat it on a blue plate do you think that will help?"
  • 8:30pm: "What are your thoughts on drinking water out of a gallon jug vs. Pioneer Woman glasses"
  • 8:45pm: "Are you mad at me?"
  • 9:30pm: "Still waiting for that water feedback, but also need some advice (urgent!). Rickie and Eric just made some Crockpot Chocolate-Chip Condensed milk and Cream Cocoa (#Goals!). Obviously I'm only having ONE mug, but should I have whipped cream or marshmallows on it? Or can I have bolth? I've only had 3 meals today if you don't count that one I split in half."
  • 9:40pm: "Calories? I don't know the exact amount but I'm pretty much an expert at guesstimating and I'm well under my 2500, so I assume the marshmallow-whipped cream plan is a go! (P.S. Sorry for waking you up, but I thought this was a 24/7 type-deal.)"
  • 11:30pm: "I know you're asleep but I just wanted to let you know that Becky was being a bitch and I had an anxiety attack so I ate my emergency stash of Reese's Big cups. I think I'm just under my calorie limit for today. I don't know for sure, but that's your job, right? Anyway, a clean slate tomorrow."
  • 11:45pm: "Just reporting in that I did my steps. I walked ALL OVER the house! Unfortunately after I was done I realized that I had put a pink scrunchie on my wrist instead of my Fitbit, but you can ask Becky, I was walking up a storm!"
  • 1:30am: "Going to bed (trying to work on that insomnia, girl!), but wanted to let you know how proud of myself I am! I think this Baby-Steps deal is what works for me! So much better than Weight Watchers!"
  • 2:30am: "I don't know what happened! One minute I was dozing off, the next I was standing over Becky shouting at her to 'get her ass to Taco Bell or the Hot Topic Train was going to run out of tracks'. It's honestly not my fault, the Binge Monster took over. Normally I'd have a whole case of tacos, but I only ate 8 and put aside 4 for my 1st meal tomorrow. These baby steps are really helping but I can't help but think how successful I'd be if I had your help 24/7 like you promised. Becky thinks so too."
  • 1pm: "Are you there? Have a question about McMuffins."
  • 1:30pm: "Hello???"
  • 2pm: "I can't believe you let the haters scare you off, like whuuut?"

She drank buzzballs again and went on IG.

Just think: She'd have to live at least a year, or more, to have a snowball's chance at qualifying for any state DRS/DHS gibs. She can't have any assets or anything in a savings account even to get Medicaid.

Love that for hurrrr!
So, tin foil hat time.
Meth mama claims Hamber as a dependent after the luxury apartment becomes untenable.
She then collects the government gibs on the Ham beast, all while Hamber goes on disability and collects government money that way.
I know alot of white trash (and not so white) families that do this. Now whether or not these women are smart enough to play the system like that is up in the air. The wild card is Meth mama's boyfriend. He may be just savvy enough in the ways of being a poor skid mark on society to put something like that together.
Or...Amber just dies of a heart attack.

I think we have consider a possible roommate in one of her brothers. She's mentioned him gloating abot his "youtube famous" sister before and we had the Jenny Bye-Bye at the reunion of the estranged one.

I would personally love to see her felon ex-junkie brother as a roommate and Amber riding around OKC for groceries and whatever the fuck her bother milks out of the situation.

Drunk "reuniting with my brother!!" live when?

Hmm, those nice, friendly superXian types offer their own well of exploitation by FatAl. "You need a ride, honey? Sure, that's no problem, I'm going out anyway, I'll pick you up", morphs shortly to "The store? Again? Well, I was just going to...., well ok, if it's an emergency." Lots more people to use. Should be fun for her.

Also, still waiting on you to define "love", Albert. chop chop
Before it morphs into the "the store again" they will rope her into the church.
I'm telling you... that is how these people work. Amber morphs personalities too easy. These are the people they look for. Broken down fucked up people.

They grabbed me after my father died. I watched them grab people like Amber ALL the time. Then her already being fascinated by the singer.
Amber falls for MLMs, conspiracy theories. She constantly questions her sexuality and is sometimes blatant about it.

Homegirl is fucked 😂😂😂

It would be fun, but NO. Amber lives in a 1 bedroom flat, and this would not work. Amber is still trying to get a new girlfriend and how does she explain that she is living with her brother who is an ex-con, but she should not worry about it.

Today is the ten-year anniversary of Amberlynn's first-ever YouTube upload.

A day in the life of Amber's dietician (as told through texts):
Hahah. Unfortunately the actual log was even MORE unhinged than that.

This is supposedly every message between Amber and the mystery dietitian, though Amber claims that she won't be giving out any personal information (so, she may have decided to scrub some non-personal but damning information in the process).
I've cut out all of her reasoning and justifications that she added between messages and just included what she claimed to be the actual content of the messages.

[Instagram DMs...]

Dietitian:
Hey I have been following your journey for a while in full support. I'm a dietician and live in Kentucky. If you ever need help I'm here for you. I know you have issues finding one in the past. I can come to you or just chat anytime if you need.

Amber:
Oh my gosh yes this is amazing. I love all the advice you can give.

Dietitian:
Hey, so happy to hear that.

Amber:
What advice do you have for me?

Dietitian:
Well, it's hard to spot (spout?) random advice just based off of your videos. I know just about everyone leaves whatever diet recommendation on the comments of her videos, so you get plenty of that in general. I always encourage my clients to take baby steps and find what works for them. The right diet for anyone is a diet that works for them. I generally like to see a food diary for a week of eating and base any advice and steps to start taking based off of that. If you aren't feeling that, I'd be happy to just send some great evidence based on nutrition articles and info sheets to you that you have food lists and diet plans.

Amber:
Oh yeah I'd love to see the articles. Do you recommend I calorie count?

Dietitian:
I do. Choosing more healthy and whole foods is great and all, but weight loss is all that matters when starting from a bigger size. The rest will come with time. Weight Watchers is a little iffy just because it does give you zero points for a lot of foods, which isn't great for people with a history of overeating. My biggest piece of advice is not to feel like you have to hit your calorie minimum every day. It's okay to be under your limit some days. Starvation mode is not a true thing. 2500-3000 calories would be a good range for you to lose weight. Steady, but still shows progress.

Amber:
So what kind of foods should I be eating and can I be your client or how does that work? Can't wait to hear back from you.

Dietitian:
It can work however you want. I can meet with you in person, or we can continue to text/chatm whatever support you need. I'll get some info sent over to you tomorrow on foodlists/example diets and whatnot. I'll try to start working on it today. My Fridays tend to be busy at work though. Since I offered my services and want to help, I'll keep this all free of change. Do you have an email or something to send over packets? Don't think it will work over instagram DM.

[Amber sent email information?]

Dietitian:
Let me know if you need anything in the meantime.

[A few hours later]

Amber:
Would it be easier to text I never give my number so this would be weird for me lol. I'm gonna have to trust you with it I'm assuming I'm now your client and you're my dietician so this is professional I would say?

Dietitian:
Yep confidentiality is extremely important. Anything you say is just between me and you.

[Texting starts...]

Amber:
Hi. So how long have you been watching my videos?

Dietitian:
Wow I honestly don't remember. Maye a couple years. When I was in school to be a dietician I got really into watching weight loss YouTube channels to get a better ideo of things from their perspective. Since I was working with so many people in that situation.

Amber:
So you know a lot of what I'm going through and a lot of my story?

Dietitian:
I do, at least from what you show.

Amber:
Feel free to ask whatever. I've been really wanting a dietitian but can't seem to find any where I live. I really appreciate you reaching out to me.

Dietitian:
I vaguely remembered you mentioning your struggle to find one. Well even though this is not (a) particularly professional start, I promise to respect your privacy and do my best to help you when you need it. Hopefully the things I email to you will be a good base to start from.

Amber:
This doesn't have to be professional. I'm in need of help and you're a dietitian so it's perfect. I'm just grateful you're willing. When do you think you can email me the packets?

Dietitian:
I'll start tonight and send it out tomorrow. I'm still at work filling in for another dietitian at the moment.

Amber:
Okay. So the packets will be handmade by you?

Dietitian:
Well, while not each form is made by me I'm going to try and customize the whole packet for you the information I think you might find beneficial and interesting.

Amber:
Okay. And then what?

Dietitian:
Well the main thing that will be beneficial is a one-week food log. I'll send you a blank one to fill alone with other stuff. A whole diet overhaul is never going work. And then I'll be able to evaluate and pinpoint where you can make small changes that will add up over time. But that's the only way I'll be able to figure out what areas you need to work on.

Amber:
I'm currently working on trying to eat less already so the food log won't show how bad it really got in the recent past.

Dietitian:
That's fine anything helps. I've mainly worked with pre-bariatric surgery patients so I've seen/heard it all.

[The next day?....]

Dietitian:
Hey I sent an email to you with all the general nutrition guidelines just a moment ago.

Amber:
And this is what you're telling me I should go by?

Dietitian:
I think it's good stuff to implement into your daily life. Completely overhauling your diet isn't feasible and will just be causing binging from experience. For now I would recommend just looking over everyting and see if you have any questions/concerns. See if any of it seems doable.

Amber:
Here's an example of something that I know I will do if I'm doing a 2400 calorie diet. Am I allowed to eat Burger King? Am I allowed to go out to restaurants? I've gotten so accustomed to living that even when I'm counting calories I'll find a way to eat there. Advice? Thoughts?

Dietitian:
I would try limiting eating out. For example, if you eat out five times a week try to make it four. Or if you eat out daily, try to skip a day. Small steps like that. But for now if you can really get into your calorie limit do it. Go out to eat but pay attention to the calories. Completely cutting it out will just lead to cheat days which tend to cycle out of control for most people. So yes, go out to eat. Make sure to pay attention to the calories.

Amber:
Thanks so much for the advice. I'm going to be sharing to YouTube that I finally found a dietitian. I will never say who I'll never say her name or anything like that completely personal. I'm just hoping people will see that by keepign in contact with you and asking all the necessary questions that I really am gonna try to do this.

Dietitian:
Absolutely. Hopefully I'll be better resourced than random googling.

Amber:
You're helping already. So how many calories should I do? I know this is probably a common thing but I'm gonna start on Monday. I've already ate today and I have no idea how many calories I consumed.

Dietitian:
Eating 3000 calories a day would have you losing about a pound a week. 2500 would be 2 pouds a week of actual fat. You'll lose more weight just including water and all. Either would be fine, but I'd aim for somewhere between 2,500 to 3,000. You can bring it down as you lose weight.

Amber:
Do you recommend using a calorie counting app or just doing it on paper?

Dietitian:
Whatever is easier for you. I'm personally a huge fan of MyFitnessPal plus it calculates everything like nutrients and gives you a weekly average.

Amber:
Okay awesome MyFitnessPal is great I've used it plenty before. How often should I weigh myself?

Dietitian:
As long as you're on track once or twice a week is ideal. Weighing in daily can make you feel down if you're not losing every single day, which doesn't happen just from natural fluctuations. You just have to trust the process. I love nutrition because your body won't lie. If you count your calories honestly you will lose weight no matter what. It's all science. People tend to underestimate how much they eat and get angry about not losing weight, but it just always means you're eating more than you think. That's why tracking everybody is so important.

Amber:
Can you give me an example of what I should eat or do I just eat whatever right now while counting calories?

Dietitian:
Eat what you want while counting calories. That's going to be the most manageable. There's no reason to try and stick to a completely new way of eating so early on.

Amber:
Okay I'm actually gonna start tomorrow not Monday.

Amber:
Have you ever worked with people my size before?

Dietitian:
Yes I worked with patients before weight loss surgeries. Most doctors/insurances require a certain amount of visits with the dietician before they are approved for surgery.

Amber:
And did they lose weight eating almost 3,000 calories? I like to hear about other people's successes but it's hard to find that nowadays. No one is really my size and if they are they don't want to broadcast it all over social media.

Dietitian:
Yep between 2,500 and 3,000 calories was usually good to lose weight. Most of them did some form of light walking daily to build up their strength. We did usually bring them down to 1200 calories the month before surgery to lose the bulk of pre-surgery weight. Most would lose about 50 pounds that month. 2,500 to 3,000 calories is a good steady weight loss. Nothing dramatic but manageable.

Amber:
Is it normal to fear that me eating anywhere near 3000 calories will actually make me gain weight?

Dietitian:
Oh yeah of course especially when most people eat 1,200 to lose weight. You just burn so much more energy the larger you are. It's all trial and error, too. If you're not losing wieght as fast as you want at that limit you can drop it by 250 and then try that.

Amber:
I understand that. Everyone in the comments thinks that if I eat 500 calories for one meal I'm eating too much. I know that's not true.

Dietitian:
Yeah the comments annoy me on that too. Large people need more calories it's just a fact.

Amber: I definitely agree with that. My FitBit says I burned 2800 calories a day literally doing nothing.

Dietitian:
I know you previously lost a good chunk of weight so you at least know what you're doing. How many calories were you eating then?

Amber:
I didn't really count calories but looking back now in the very beginning it was probably no more than 900 calories a day. This was eight years ago I knew absolutely nothing aout nutrition or calories then.

[[Just going to remind everyone that Amber claimed to have lost the 89lbs over 7 MONTHS, and doing the math shows that she would have been averaging 2000 calories per day (not 900) to reach that weight loss]]

Dietitian:
Yeah that's not idea but definitely quick weight loss. Just know that going under your daily calories will be fine. Starvation mode is a myth and if you aren't particularly hungry or haven't hit your limit and it's late just stop there. No reason to hit everyday. I recommend aiming for 2,500. Restaurant food almost always has more calories than they say so aiming a little lower is better to account for that.

Amber:
When eating out should I automatically add 100 more calories on something?

Dietician:
Honestly yes that would be a lot more accurate. Are you active at all right now? If you're not, 2,500 calories will be better for you until you get to walking around 30 minutes a day.

Amber:
I'm trying my hardest to be a little bit more active. I do not exercise for 30 minutes a day that would be impossible for me right now, but I do want to start getting more steps on my FitBit.

Amber:
In regards to diet soda and water advice?

Dietician:
Water and unsweet tea is the best. Crystal Light the no calorie ones are fine. Diet soda won't make you gain weight or anything, it could just trigger craving for sweets. As long as you're fine with handling that go for it, but water should be your main drink.

Amber:
That's what I figured so many people say how diet soda makes you gain weight blah blah blah lol.

Dietitian:
It absolutely does not.

Amber:
Okay good.

[[END OF THE 24ish HOURS ]]

[Day 2....]

Amber:
Okay here is day one is there anything I should be relying (relaying?) to you?

Dietitian:
If you have any questions let me know but otherwise no. If you ever want to send me your daily MyFitnessPal log I can always evaluate that.

[[Amber claims to have then sent Day 1 of her food log: Mexican food for one meal (likely Papa Mexicana with family sized rice and a bag of chips, as she admitted that was her go-to 'Mexican' meal), a hot-fudge sundae, Burger King (the mukbang), and a McDonald's frappe. Amber claims that all of this ended up only being 2,300 calories]]

Dietitian:
Good job staying in the calorie limit. If I would make one recommendation try to fit at least one fruit or vegetable into your day. I know this is one snapshot so it doesn't represent every day, but the actual nutrient content here is very low. Great step in the right direction though.

Amber:
Yeah eating wise I did horrible calorie wise I'm proud. Tomorrow I'll make sure to eat more veggies.

Dietitian:
One step at a time.

Amber:
Definitely. By the way my videos are a little behind so don't be alarmed lol.

Dietitian:
haha no worries.

Amber:
Does sodium make you gain weight?

Dietitian:
It does not make you gain fat it does make you retain water which can make the scale not budge/go up. You should drink extra extra water on high sodium eating days plus the extra water that the body holds onto with high sodium intake puts more strain on the heart when you're already bigger.

Amber:
Okay okay makes sense.

[A little while later (after the Burger King Mukbang was posted)]

Amber:
So my new video is getting a ton of backlash. Well, all my videos do because people are indeed psycho lol. But this one is getting the same response from pretty much everyone. "You're going to die eating that Burger King". So according to what you told me I'm allowed to eat it as long as it fits into my calories? That meal was about a thousand calories which left me without about 1,600 more calories for the day. What are your thoughts?

Dietitian:
Sorry I was driving a *REDACTED* for Thanksgiving. For weight loss alone, yes, that's fine. If it's near calories and done when considering when considering health, yes. It's not great to eat high in fat and sodium which are wolffe (both?) bad for the heart which is especially bad if you have underlining (underlying?) conditions. You get checked out by the doctor yearly right? With labs and all?

[[Amber claims they then started talking about her labs and her 'normal' A1C - but doesn't disclose anything about what they discussed][

[[Amber claims that people were "going crazy" in her comments section and saying horrible things, like "Amberlynn probably doesn't have a dietician"]]

Amber:
Happy Thanksgiving.

Dietician:
*Sends Amber a photo of a loaded Thanksgiving dinner plate*
Happy Thanksgiving to you too. I'm not being a good dietitian today, hope your day is good.

[November 28th - Six days later]

Amber:
Would you care if I read some of our conversations in a YouTube video? There will be no name-dropping or number dropping over anything like that.

[Seven hours later]

Amber:
??

["Probably" A week later]

Amber:
Have you decided to just no longer speak to me?

[A few days later]

Amber notices that her last text message didn't deliver.

Amber:
So you considered me your client but now you're just ignoring me? You told me I can text you when I needed anything. If you didn't want to continue helping me it would have been nice if you would have told me.

[[Amber notices that her last text message didn't deliver. Amber goes back to the original Instagram conversation.]]

Amber:
So you considered me your client but now you're just ignoring me? You told me I can text you when I needed anything. If you didn't want to continue helping me it would have been nice if you would have told me.

[[Amber concludes that she behaved like EVERY OTHER CLIENT, and that it was AMBER'S AUDIENCE who drove her away.]]

TL;DR: Amber is approached with an offer of online coaching. Amber insists to her audience that she wants it professional, then later tells the dietitian that she didn't want it professional (while behaving in a very unprofessional manner). Amber harrasses the dietitian with dozens of unnecessary questions over a 24 hour period when the dietitian tells Amber that's she's busy filling in for another dietitian at her clinic. Amber also doesn't seem to follow any of the dietitian's instructions of reading the information packets sent to her, or creating a 7 day food log. Amber submits a Day 1 food log of Mexican food, hot fudge sundae, her Burgerking mukbang, and a McD's frappe), then starts complaining about her audience being 'psycho lol'. Amber doesn't talk to the dietitian for six days, (and presumably doesn't send her the food log that Amber was supposed to send), and then starts asking the dietitian if Amber can post their communications on her YouTube channel. Amber keeps sending messages and sees that she's blocked. Amber tries to tell the dietitian off via text (which is again blocked), so she goes to Instagram to message the dietitian in the hopes of circumventing the block to tell the dietitian off.

Keep in mind that Thanksgiving 2018 was on the 22nd. Amber posted her Burger King mukbang late on the night of the 21st. The dietitian was likely too busy with festivites to see it right when it dropped. Amber didn't even try to communicate with the dietician again until the 28th, so she doesn't know exactly WHEN she was blocked, but it was likely right after the dietitian saw Amber being a smug cunt in that mukbang and realized that Amber was doing this for channel content and to justify eating like a glutton. While I agree that the 'professional' thing to do would have been to contact her and let her know that she was dropping Ambo as a client. That being said, Amber was being unprofessional, said part way through that she didn't want it professional, and the dietitian was probably freaked out when she realized what she stepped into.

The reason why I posted all of this is to show just how unhinged Amber really is. Amber posted this, thinking that it put her in a good light (rather than showing what an unstable lunatic she really is). If this is how she treated a 'professional' where she intended to make all of their communications public information, just imagine how she SECRETLY treats her potential, current, and ex 'gorlfriends'.

[Edited to Add:]
I'm expecting that the new woman that Amber's "in love" with ends up being the church singer or something equally stupid.

Oh wow cant share anything right now about the second or third love of her life but telling her audience that she gave handjobs and becky proposed with the ring on a vibrator was fair game.

Im not mad, just disappointed.
That's probably because Kentucky DRS/DHS has some kind of disclosure that Jade did not authorize per her DRS worker contract. They probably reminded Hambutt of this at her final staffing run to Home Goods and Wommart while singing Toxic Gossip Train.

In other words: "I wanna talk about my traumazzz not diets". The narc in her is in constant need of an audience to her victimhood. That's why she doesn't get or want real therapy, just a session or two online where she can wallow and embellish is enough to cream her crusty leggings.

It's not great to eat high in fat and sodium which are wolffe (both?) bad for the heart
I wonder if she meant "woefully" bad? It would make sense if she was using speech to text.
