Chicken salad (0.5 cup) - 300 cal
Fritos Scoops (20 chips) - 320 cal
Sprite mini - 90 cal
grandmalynn’s total: 710 cal
(Edit: Made a very conservative guess with this snack, she could have easily eaten much more)
Snack:
2 grape uncrustables - 420 cal
Total: 420 cal
Taco Bell:
Dorito taco - 170 cal
grilled cheese burrito w/fries - 840 cal
Cinnamon twists - 170
Taco Bell total: 1,180
WHOLE DAY TOTAL: 4,355 calories
Amber’s Estimated TDEE: 3,500
So if she was eating like this everyday there would be:
1.66 lb weight gain in 1 week
6.66 lb weight gain in 1 month
80 lb weight gain in 1 year
We all know this isn’t her “off-track” day but rather her “on-track” day as she obviously consumes more than she pretends to show. Also not counting her “binge” days which could easily be around 10k cals alone.
