Rate me optimistic but I genuinely hope that it is Rarity If not just because she'd get to live out the rest of her golden years getting the care that she needs, but it would also piss the big neglectful cherry off to no end if it gets confirmed for sure. Power level incoming but we chose to take in a dead relative's neglected 16 year old cat and she died at 18. She lived declawed, in a hoard, eating bug infested food, pissing and shitting on the floor, being left alone for weeks at a time because of hospital stays. She was a neurotic mess because of it but she had her moments. She at least spent her last years in a clean house with toys, good food, vet care and special soft litter before she had to be put down for a broken hip after a bad jump and worsening heart murmur, liver, and kidney disease that her breed are at risk for.

Amber, in her graciousness, would tell the new owner that they could have Rarity because the love of her life Tommy is going to move in with her. The new owner would cry and forever feel indebted to Amber's great generosity. Amber will say in a vlog that she's planning on taking monthly trips to Wisconsin just to see Rarity because that's how important Rarity is to her, and the new owner will become Amber's imaginary BFF. She won't portray it in any other way other than positive, there will be overblown stories that are obvious lies, and she won't think anything else no matter what anyone says. Because she's a narcissist who has to protect her ego at any cost and nothing will get through her thick narc skull.

2. Amber surrendered her.

A question for americans: do your vets not offer house calls? I get that Hambeast is too lazy to go to a clinic to chip her pets, but if she has an option to "doordash a vet" then it's even more mind-boggling and infuriating to me.

Just googled a random vet clinic in my (not exactly first-world) country online and they list prices for pretty much any procedure to be performed in the comfort of your own home. (Yes, even chipping a pet). What a lazy neglectful tub of lard.
