My thoughts: The reason why she doesn't have a PCP is a combination of the above two guesses. Yes, it's a matter of accountability and medical history.

More importantly, it means she couldn't LIE to the PCP because they'd HAVE a history of prior visits/diagnoses and the legitimate advice they've given her that she's willfully ignored or outright defied.

Willing to bet that with every new doctor, it's been:
"You're the FIRST DOCTOR who's EVER told me that!"
"I had NO IDEA that was even a thing!"
"I'm TOTALLY working on losing weight, I'm already down from my highest! Dropping those elbees!!"
"I've been to SHO MANY doctors and emergency rooms and NOBODY has ever treated me so kindly!"

Love bombing and fake promises to "do better" and get some medication and then ghosts while it's off to the next doctor to repeat the process.

I still maintain she’ll call herself “pansexual” and end up with a Trans Man: that way she can still brandish the label of ~dainty queer girlypop~. Something something sunk cost in the lesbian identity and lezbereal, it’s the only thing she’s been fairly consistent about. Which isn’t saying much, mind you.

(ETA: I had thought she’d go for a Trans Woman, but Hamber strikes me as being a crypto TERF, which would be pretty fucking funny)

Ehh, I don't think Hamber will suddenly go "jailhouse straight". Like I said, her lesbianism is one of the very few things she is consistent on out of everything she's claimed and I don't think she'll settle for a man. She strikes me as a very old school-y, early 2000's LGB sort who isn't aware the entire movement has since pivoted to trans issues and spicy straights.

If she does suddenly decide to pivot to being pansexual (aka "bisexual with extra steps"), she'll go with a Trans Man. But even I'm beginning to doubt that'll actually happen the more I think about it. She leans liberal, but if you go by her record of deadnaming 2 of her exes and frequently referring to Casey with the "wrong" pronouns either unintentionally or on purpose, perhaps she wouldn't be receptive to a Trans Man partner after all.

Either way, Hamber is fucked if she doesn't find a new wiper soon.

I imagine the overwhelming majority of women, and men for that matter, must fear, (or in case of already having happened), loathe, the idea of being a victim of some form of sexual abuse.

I will never ever ever ever understand folks that walk around and casually discuss being touched by someone as a child in conversations,let alone online in videos or livestreams. Tell your fucking therapist. If something was so personal and traumatic to me, I would never disclose that to thousands of people who are set on me being a liar.

I’m also very aware that the community digs into ambers relationships and personal life with a fine tooth comb, but that’s been her shtick for over a decade. Each “gf era”. That being said, what is her obsession with mr.snowflakes marriage? Even in this stream she’s like “snowflakes who’s leedurly DIVORCED”. Like that’s going to blow everyone away.
