I estimate she spent 500k to 700k on consooomer shit and food. She made far more on youtube that people realize, well into the 6 figures per year, and spent every penny on crap.

500k is less than 63k per year over 8 yrs, only 1200/wk for restaurants, door dash for her AND Becky/Wipey, Walmart hauls, clothes, makeup. We've seen how much she's spent on Torrid and other fat ass clothes and hardly worn any of it. Her rent was never close to her biggest expense.

These are genuinely so embarrassing for an almost 35 year old grown woman to be posting. I know that she doesn't seek real help because despite what lies she tells on video she doesn't want to get better, but I just can't understand it. If her BPD is THIS bad and debilitating to her life why wouldn't you want to get better? If she's living every single day in such turmoil and on such a roller coaster of emotions, is she not exhausted? If Emily is triggering her this badly - just leave her alone and move on?

Its even crazier to think that all these videos were uploaded during the gaycare era where her videos were getting hundreds of thousands of views. She was easily making anywhere from $5-10k a video that era, not only because of the views, but from my understanding up until around 2020 youtube adsense paid (and worked) somewhat decently compared to adsense in 2025. I mean, it must be said that during this time she did have enough money to pay out of pocket for her hysterectomy which I think some kiwis have said would've been around $20k given her urgent need, overall size adding to surgery time and lack of insurance. Plus Becky said she bought like an $8,000 hospital bed for the new apartment too iirc.

At one point Amber did have some money saved, but I don't think she ever quite reached the views she had during the gaycare era and so she wasn't ever able to regain everything she lost during the cancer arc. Buying a house in Kentucky was never an option because she was always waiting for something/someone better to come along and I don't think she ever had any real intentions beyond that one random mention of it. Financial literacy is also not something she would've ever been taught, and historically we can see that people like Amber who have grown up poor and suddenly come into money like through winning the lottery almost always end up squandering it in a few years, so investing was also not something she would've known or even thought to do. When she was with Wipey and talking about getting weight loss surgery we saw the remnants of this because she was constantly talking about how she had to save up for it and Wipey was helping her and giving her money for the surgery as well.

While I wouldn't say she's been living paycheck to paycheck (I mean she just bought that pink iMac which is $1200 and that $1300 camera) I do think her being demonetized has put into perspective for her how little she actually has and how little money she actually makes compared to how much money she's been wasting on absolutely useless shit. I think it's probably easier to justify spending that $1200 you know you dont really need to spend when you feel that at the end of the month you'll have (being generous) $3000 coming in and your bills are paid, but when you factor in things like her rent and other bills, she probably only has about $1200 left from that youtube check to put into any savings and the cycle continues.
