I believe most of what's happening here is her typical fat girl illusions. The cardigan is kind of hiding how far her rolls stick out and she's cut off her legs which are easily the fattest part of her. Her torso in particular isn't too broad looking from the front, but as soon as she turns at even a slight angle (as in the Snapchat dancing video), you get the full AL experience.
