Looks like she is still in that pattern...and more lately since Destiny moved. I think if AL really brought in $10k a month Destiny might of pimped that. Sorry for being late, trying to catch up, but it can be genuinely hard to find a person to see you. It can take over a year to find a doctor or therapist that is accepting new patients and accepts your case. She doesn't have medical files to back up her mental illness issues (not enough eyerolls in the world for that phrase relating to her), so they'll be even less likely to take her on. If you have a GP on your side writing letters explaining your medical history or can provide the same from a previous mental health professional it's more likely you'll be taken on. Here this is true even if you're trying to find a private psychiatrist or psychologist or whatever as opposed to the billion year waits through the public system.

That being said narcissists can't respond to therapy because they can't see or admit their flaws so it would be a fruitless endeavor as we all know.

Little has changed. Reached 500 lbs. Quit on 3 different weight loss journeys. Went out to eat, movies, walmart. Took down the Brady videos because of "miscommunication", did not get Twinkie's nail's clipped yet, doesn't cook for Becky anymore, they make separate meals. Switched to Lexapro, that's about it.
