I don’t understand why people doubt she makes bank with YouTube. She gets over 1 million views a month. Her content is YouTube friendly. And both of view count and subscribers are almost always going up and in the green. I don’t doubt she makes a couple thousand per video on YouTube. She even gets a B grade on socialblade. It’s pretty wild that a girl filming herself in Walmart can get money like that huh? Haha.

For me, there's just a massive cognitive dissonance between that amount of money in Bumfuck Kentucky and the lifestyle we see in those videos. I do know that it's pretty common for people who make a lot of money to barely get by or even be buried in debt due to poor choices, but they tend to be heavy gamblers or buy gold-plated Italian supercars to drive into the swimming pool. There's nothing lavish going on here; I just can't wrap my brain around spending six figures a year at Wal-Mart and Cheesecake Factory. Heh, maybe I just don't want to.

You are probably right. If it was the new laptop she would have covered it in gorly dainty stickers (from Japan) to reflect her personality. Those stickers are all the things Becky likes.
