Forget the scratch on her arm it's nothing compared to what could be lurking on her feet. We got a good glimpse of em a while back and they are neglected since she's too fat to groom them and probably can't even see them. Old Man Beetus claims all sensation in your feet, she could have an injury there and she would never know it.

The only thing that Amber is doing to protect her feet is wearing flats all the time because she ashamed of the trotters.

From what I know about beetus the legs tend to be first to go if parts come off, toes often come off on slim people. If left unchecked, she may wake up one morning, hear a big fat crunch and fall down, wonder what the hell is up, and her leg just came off. That shit really does happen. I have not seen her legs though so I just decided not to comment on it but if you had a good look and they look bad, we all know what is going to happen sooner or later. Good newsfor her is I did see her standing akwardly on one foot, meaning the bones are fucked and she likely still has some feeling there. But with the amount of acanthosis nigricans she is showing, it can not last too much longer.

So medically, low urine output is defined by the volume of urine, not the number of times someone pees. She may have a trucker bladder and piss a huge volume a few times a day. If you hold it in you can acclimate your bladder to that. It increases uti risk though, especially in women.

I'm concerned for her feet too but honestly I think it's her vision that worries me the most. We very regularly see her squinting and it might be confirmation bias but I feel like her vision is deteriorating. It wouldn't shock me in the slightest if she has Diabetic Retinopathy

We all know Becky is too much of a bitch made nigga to tell Amber she has an ulcer or if she smells rot. I forgot what thread the foot picture is in but it's when Amber was showing off some fuzzy pink open toe slippers in a vlog. The toe nails where so long they started to curl and could easily start ingrowing into the bottom of her toes. If she were to lose a foot an ingrown toenail would be the culprit.
