Are there any video Games your looking forward to in 2025?

Don't know if this counts, but Microsoft is in the process of making developer mode on the Xbox Series consoles completely free (there used to be a fee of $20 USD to access it). I'm pretty hyped about that because dev mode allows you to install basically any UWP program on a console (mainly useful for emulators). Best part is that I'll finally be able to play Half-Life 2 on console via the 360 emulator, my Series S doesn't have a disc drive and the game is unavailable digitally via the Microsoft Store.

That’s pretty cool that MS might actually make it free. One of the few reasons to own a Xbox over a PS.

Daemon Ex Machina: Titanic Scion, and that's it for this year barring an indie surprise. Just not a good decade for gaming.

Everybody's Golf: Hot Shots. I played the old Hot Shots Golf games on PS2 in the past and remembered liking them quite a bit so I expect the new one will be fun enough.

Also, Styx 3
And thank you for putting that on my radar. I don't know how I missed it up to this point.

Has anyone posted beta decay? It's gonna get a release late this year launching with coop and it looks like it will feel like MGSV on a ps2 and a unique setting.

Test builds have been in the hands of backers for a while so you can see plenty of unedited gameplay on youtube if you go looking. This gives me hope that the game is in a decent state of development but there have been many cases here that prove that can be false.

Also Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries is going to be releasing the Shadow of Kerensky dlc in september which is the inner sphere perspective of the clan invasion.

They haven't put a trailer out for SoK yet so here is the Clans trailer. I liked Clans but Mercs is freeform by nature so I play it more with friends.
Clans is cool because they commit to the weird culture of the clans in the setting such as their refusal to use contractions.
