my 3m, Johnson and Johnson, and SCI stock are through the roof now. my 6 flags and all gold/silver are down, but above when I picked them up. none of my stock load is necessity money, so this isn't life or death questions- but is it a good idea to dump the previous metals stock and pick up some things that will be affected by omicron/next wave, while they're cheap? I'd come out better than even if I dump them now, but don't want to ride them any lower.
I'm a small-bits investor and tend to buy/sell weekly at most. I'm usually after stock I can ignore a while, not day trade.
edit: don't suggest crypto, I parked BC years ago and won't be buying more
edit edit: the retirement fund is diversified and I don't pay attention to it. it's a safety-first portfolio, that's all I know
