Chris's case has been sealed and "closed" but not dismissed nor has his charges been fully dropped. His sentence has been deferred. I'd guess Chris' <18 taboo is the same as the no prenuptials taboo. Chris sailed right thru into legal age without any perceivable understanding what that entails. In a RL sexual encounter, Chris would either not give a fuck about an underage partner if this is not obviously visible, or uphold the 18+ in a ritual fashion and literally to the minute.

What is curious about Chris though is how he’s like a cowardly child and how that affects so much of his behavior. While I don't know this system, "transportation order" without a corresponding "transfer" is normally movement within the system. Most often to bring the meat sack to court. The Judge probably wants to talk to Chris and have him affirm the agreement. And also insure that he understand any and all probation requirements.

This is not an "injustice". Chris has been in jail for over a year. Time served with 3-5 years probation with strict conditions is what we've been expecting regardless. The only thing the tard defferal gains him is his record gets expunged if he succesfully completes his probation. Which lets be honest, will never happen barring Frontal Lobotomy. When he screws up the probation he is immediately convicted of the felony he waived indictment for and goes straight to prison.
