Waiving like that sounds like they're pleading something like incompetency in order to keep Chris out of the view of a jury.
If he is going to a funny farm I wonder if he'll actually progress towards being normal

Chris’ normal isn’t the same as most other human beings’ so that’s not going to happen, ever. He’s running on a whole different operating system.

It may have simply been that they took him to the courthouse and back. There has been no indication of "Transferred" in th esystem. Which is what we saw last time he went to the Nut Hut. And they aren't going to simply cut an open order to transport in the system with no destination. He's still in custody. he has not transferred facilities. Heck the Transport order may have simply been something like a Medical or Psyche follow up done off site.

Don't see any evidence of this, he was already at the courthouse at least once for his bail hearing and there was no 'transfer' order for it. The only time they appear is when he is moved from one entire institution to the next, ie from the County jail to the regional one, and to the mental hospital and back.

The transfers listed in his log are the following - one from Henrico County jail (where he was for one night it appears) to Central Virginia Regional Jail, then to mental hospital, then from hospital back to Central Virginia Jail. Other than the latest one that we don't know for certain, it matches up exactly with the 3 transportation orders that appear on his log (again, aside from the unexplained 4th one). There isn't another set for 'from court house back to jail'. They appear to correspond perfectly to VINE transfers.

If they ALSO included courthouse attendance, there would be at least 1 if not 2 more transfers noted in addition to those I've noted, since we know he was at least in court for the stomping incident.

It's an important detail that Chris is still in custody with the transportation order in effect. That leads me to believe that wherever he is going, they are waiting for a bed to become available.

I think this is probably accurate. Sometimes this can take a few weeks.

I doubt it. Chris is too far in his delusions for that to happen. Trying to get a 40 year old with the mind of a 13 year old to be normal is impossible. Fuck, this guy got an associates in 5 years, when it would take a normal person 2. It's like convincing him there's an attractive lesbian for him and all he has to do is lose weight. Even when he was tricked with china, Chris was too lazy to do so.

I think the only way to get Chris to act normal is to hold his toys for ransom.

For instance, in his raging against Jason Kendrick Howell having a 17-year-old girlfriend, he claimed that the age of consent in the United States is 18, when it is in fact 16 in the majority of states (and indeed in almost all of the states and territories surrounding Virginia). He could only understand the rule as a hard rule, so he assumes Virginia's rule applies everywhere, when Virginia is in fact the anomaly compared to most of the US or the rest of the world.
In fairness to Chris, you're not even allowed to drink or gamble anywhere in the US until 21, and I think smoking is 18 in most states. I don't think a lot of people are highly versed in age of consent laws anyhow because most people aren't going to run afoul of them if they aren't dating minors. Younger people close in age don't typically run into trouble unless the relationship sours and allegations are made, or if parents take issue. I don't think Chris's lack of understanding of federal vs. state age of consent laws is that noteworthy.

His absolutist vendetta against drinking and smoking is more strange to me.

He couldn't get much worse. He's crossed a moral line that horrified the ancient Greeks. He may not get all better, but any sort of treatment is more than he's gotten over the past 40 years.

Nobody knew jack shit about cyber bullying and all that
"I don't like this, I'm going to turn it off"

Is what normal people do regardless of day 1 or year 60. It's retards who are too stupid to understand, and that doesn't go away with being a 1337 internet wizard, because a retard gon tard.

Yes I would say this is a normal persons understanding Chris' isn't that bizarre. Knowing there ARE differences, at best

The people that know the various ages of consent in any specific way are the people that need to know it, eg. perverts across the board. This isn't something taught anywhere, and random functioning adults don't go "hmm I wonder..." and memorize it. I don't need to know the age of consent in North Dakota because I'm not going to fuck a kid.

I think it was that childish mentality of watching cartoon PSAs that created it. I don't think he even knows that his parents met at a bar. It wasn't until drinking and smoking where made available to Chris that he dropped that vendetta. Luckily for Chris, he didn't turn into an alcoholic given his his impulsive and addictive nature.

Weren’t Borb heavy drinkers and smokers during his childhood/teens? He wouldn’t be the first kid to develop such a stance if exposed to their parents vices. In fact, it would probably be one of the more normal reactions he’s had if true.

The idea of the deferral is that the crime was at least partially a result of unmanaged mental illness.
In a proper world such deferral would not exist. If someone is mentally ill, and that illness is merely treatable rather than curable, and that illness lends them a propensity to criminality, then they should be regarded as a dangerous animal would and euthanized. I don't think that's much of a stretch and I'm pretty sure that's what irritates most people about shit like this: a tard is being given a free pass at taxpayer expense when really he should be shoved in a furnace for the good of society. The only consolation is that if he's being placed in a Nut Hut then hopefully his next criminal act will be directed at someone else equally batty who belongs in a Jewneral Electric Easy-Bake Oven anyway.

Yet somehow the Teen Troon Squad at least temporarily turned Chris into a pothead. In early Christory I thought he went out drinking with a gal-pal (troll) as well?

That's what I've been saying. I don't know why people are convinced that this is the final saga or some bullshit. If anything, this is the start of a whole new chapter of Christory. Now that he's fully rejected by mainstream society, if he ever goes online again he has no choice but to go full tooter and spend his days arguing with weens and a-logs as they are the only people that will bother to talk to him. In fact, a homeless/prison saga would actually mean less milk in the future and be quite boring in comparison.
Tommy may be crazy and a walking health hazard, but he knows enough to bullshit his way through paperwork, get a roof over his head, and make a small income fiddling with gems.

There is no acceptable home for Chris. We've already speculated enough on the house, even if Barb's still alive Chris won't be allowed back, and the house is in so much debt that either way the bank will snap it up sooner or later, the only question is if Chris sees anything from it.

If Chris is on some secret court-ordered probation, it won't be long before his cover is blown--either the jail returns letters, someone swings by 14BLC, or he'll be stupid enough to start streaming and begging for toys again...which is probably a parole violation and he'll be sent straight back to jail.

He did also drink quite frequently at the gay bar. His absolutist stance against it lessened as Borb’s hold over him weakened and he did at least give adult socializing a half-hearted try. Maybe once it was less associated with his parents he dared to give it a try.

Another factor is he’s dead. There will be people looking at Barb through rose(chu)-colored glasses once she goes off to the big hoard in the sky as well.
I suspect Barb's fate will more likely involve fire and brimstone.

Hopefully it's on of those group homes that Chris's lawyer was trying to get him placed in.

In fairness to Chris, you're not even allowed to drink or gamble anywhere in the US until 21,

You can gamble in casinos and poker rooms at 18 in Georgia, Idaho, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, and Washington. In addition, you can gamble in poker rooms (but not casinos) at 18 in Florida, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Carolina, and Virginia.

In South Dakota you can gamble in Native American casinos at 18. In California it is by locality, and you can gamble in some casinos at 18. It is similar in Michigan, where you can gamble in some casinos and some poker rooms at 18.

Most states allow you to bet at racetracks, at bingo halls, and on the lottery at 18.

It is only 21 to *purchase* alcohol in the US. The majority of US states have an exception for drinking with your family (either your parent or your spouse), usually at home.

Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, Oklahoma, South Carolina merely require that it be on private property, though only parents/spouse are allowed to furnish it.

In Wisconsin, if with a parent/spouse over 21, you can drink at any location, including bars/taverns, at *any* age.

Can attest, as I have traveled to most US states and have consumed alcohol with my parents at various establishments, and gambled in casinos at 18 (though mostly for novelty as I don't enjoy gambling). I actually went to a casino immediately after my 18th birthday, and I found it boring and haven't really gambled since except to get free drinks in Vegas. (Actually got served quite a bit of free drinks in Vegas at the slots when I was 19, since they're bad at carding, both for the slots and the free drinks).

Chris is ashamed of being "slow in the mind", girlfriend-free, unemployable and unable to live an independent life. He would never admit it to his "fans", but you can bet his bouts of depression are all focused on these subjects.

As for requiring constant admiration... He is completely unable to accept criticism of any kind, except from potential gal pals that he is afraid of losing... and that criticism feeds straight into his shame.

When you add the traits of covert narcissism... socially withdrawn, sensitive to criticism, grandiose fantasies, passive aggressive, envious of others, entitlement, lack of empathy, tendency to hold grudges, envy, feelings of inadequacy and fake compassion... to the traits of autism... inability to understand what others are thinking, anxious in social situations, difficulty making real friends, bluntness/rudeness, strict adherence to daily routines, focus on trivia and literal mindedness... you end up with the total mess that is Chris-Chan.

The explanation for that is pretty easy. The sex had nothing to do with real sexual attraction. It was a way to exert dominance over his mother who had controlled his life for almost 40 years at that point. Barb had reached a point of senility where she was nothing more than a waifu pillow for him to hump like a dog. He wanted to take Bob's place as head of the household, and he saw this as a way to do that. Once he did, he felt empowered enough to allow his personality disorder and autism to convert rape of an incompetent person into "a new girlfriend" to brag about.
but where is your evidence for said shame ? As I pointed out chris fucked his mom and seems largely unconcerned about the backlash around it. Even after he got booted from house and before he got arrested; dude had just gone on a lego shopping spree. There is simply zero evidence of him somehow being racked with guilt and self doubt.
"completely unable to accept criticism" again a very common autistic trait.

Which again goes to my point. Alot of these traits you are relating to narcissism are either absent or easily related to autism. Hence why very detailed clinical tests exist.

"when you add the traits of narcissism"
Socially withdrawn - consistent with autism
sensitive to criticism - As I showed consistent with autism
grandiose fantasies - Fairly vague qualifier although I would point out the merge and things around it were suggested to chris over time, not invented by him
Passive aggressive - im not sure how chris is unduly passive aggressive
envious of others - Also very vague as everyone has envy
entitlement - well he has never had to work for anything in his life and has been largely allowed to play legos and fantasize about sonic for 40 years since birth. Thats gonna create entitlement.
Fake compassion - Inability to feel empathy and then express sympathy also are issues associated clearly with autism

Now am i saying he definitely cant be a narcissist ? no. But from what I know about his history and behaviours; it seems like autism largely fits the bill on its own.
"sex has nothing to do with sexual attraction"
Id point out multiple things can go into sexual relationships. I would agree with you insofar that part of it probably is chris thinking he is taking roll as "man of thouse". Somewhat telegraphed in him outright bragging about doing more than bob ever did lol. That said I suspect alot of it is less thought out than that. Chris's only long term connection with a woman has been his mother, with a disconcerting relationship going back a long time. That combined with chris being almost 40 and resigned to being alone forever eventually resulted in thinking of his mom as a potential surrogate lover. With that eventually descending into actual sex .

Because I don't know how you walk scott free after something like that.
A year in jail (including a stint in a nuthouse which he did not like), losing your home, losing your family, and gaining the reputation of a motherrapist is not scot free. You and I probably agree he deserves harsher punishment, but it’s not nothing.

If there is a hell, Chris would burn for a while.
A while? Done up extra crispy forever.

Its hard to know what chris could do now.
Scrub and sort. If it’s the only way to get food, he’ll do it.

The primary issue wouldnt be whether he can physically do those tasks. Its whether he has self control to get up and go to work/ not hit on every single female coworker and customer.
He can not do anything which requires him to interact with people and his minder must be a man. He never should have tried Wendy’s in the first place. There are makework jobs and even actual jobs for people like Chris, but Bob was too old and tired to find out about them in addition to holding old fashioned ideas on how tards are treated.

this is why Chris needs some serious consequences, most notably being banned from using the internet.
Even if it means no updates for us? Why not monitored internet?

If he is going to a funny farm I wonder if he'll actually progress towards being normal
How do you define “normal” here? Honest question.

He couldn't get much worse.
Don’t you dare jinx us.

I suspect Barb's fate will more likely involve fire and brimstone.
Hope springs eternal.

So basically if someone ever both had autism and narcissistic traits we should just assume the autism is accountable. Autism keeps getting expanded to include so many traits that eventually it will be impossible to ever hold someone accountable for anything so long as they have a doctor sign off on it, and as that definition keeps expanding, well. In Chris's case it seems to be succeeding in getting him out of any responsibility for sexually violating his mother.

As I posted before, I know which states it is legal to fuck your parents in, yet I hope you do not think I intend to fuck my parents (or any close family member for that matter, though I have a hot 3rd cousin, but I think that's far enough removed for me to make that observation).

It's both fun and educational to know as much of the law you can in general, not just when you're planning to break them.

EDIT: Though I would be suspicious if those were the *only* laws they knew.
