Nah, Chris is just a bad person who doesn't care about right and wrong. His decision-making flowchart has exactly two branches: "Do I want to do it?" and "Do I think I can get away with it?"
Chris is the type of dude to do at least half his crimes even if he was 100% lucid. I can't remember any moment of his where his morals weren't directly proportional to his own whims.

Here is my prediction:
1. Chris gets off relatively easy, gets put into a group home
2. Chris gets kicked out of group home. Homeless saga starts
3. Chris becomes a homelesscow, like Daniel Larson
4. WorldofTeeshirts crossover arc insues
most important of all
chris becomes the co host of the kill stream or have a gunt off with him

This feels....almost surreal.

I've been following the story of this fat autistic retard from day one watching it spiral further and further into complete absurdity until it all got real dark real fast but it was still fascinating just in a far more morbid sense.

And now here we are. The end of the era. The final judgement of the Motherfucking Teflon Tard. No more continuances. It's finally here.

Whatever comes next this has been one fascinating journey.

Thats how a child thinks, and if you're saying he's mentally a child, which I would agree with at least on some levels, then we shouldnt expect him to have a mature view of right, wrong, and consequences.
Which is even more of a reason to keep him permanently confined and monitored for the rest of his life because somebody with a mind like that despite being a grown adult means that he should be put somewhere where he can be medicated and controlled for the remainder of existence as you cannot rehabilitate somebody like Chris.

The only debate is how much his permanent monitoring/confinement should be a punishment or more of a caretaking approach depending on how much sympathy Chris deserves, if any, as he cannot and will not learn from anything no matter what you do.

Fingers crossed he tries going for the bailiff's gun and gets ventilated in the court room; the spilling of his blood causing the dimensional merge.

Chris becomes a homelesscow, like Daniel Larson
Chris would be terrified of going homeless. He couldn't even stand one night in a car and had to get a cheap motel because he was too scared. He carries pepper spray and a baseball bat anywhere he goes because he's afraid he's gonna get jumped. Wouldn't doubt he would couch surf with any ween who offered up a night in their house just to stay off the streets. Or maybe even try to E-beg to rent out a cheap apartment.

Chris knows the difference between right and wrong. He just doesn't care.
I'm saying he has a child's view of it. Children know right and wrong based off what an authority figure, usually their parents, teachers, and church leaders, tell them it is. Its a shallow understanding of the concept that can be rationalized away by misguided or corrupted minds, and Chris has definitely been misguided and corrupted.

If he tried that something ridiculous would happen like he fails to pull the gun from the holster but shoots the bailiff through the foot.

After a swift “subduing”, there would begin Jail Saga 2, the Big House.

Heilberg would give up at this point, so an overworked public defender will just plea bargain him into 10 years no parole.
