Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

Looking through some plea deals, these don't appear to be as boilerplate as you might think:

Interesting to note the lack of, "still has access to" in Baked's agreement (above).

Section 7 basically reads, "once we get you in the room, we can threaten you and twist the screws on you as much as we want because we don't have to follow anything you think we might be agreeing to".

Also Baked, hello? Signing the paper says you're locked in, cannot plead not guilty and this can't go to trial:

But you know that already!

... and you agreed to it anyway!

This is incorrect; the purpose of this section is to inform the defendant that the Court has ultimate discretion on whether to allow the plea deal to be accepted. The Government can give a plea offer, a defendant can accept said offer, but a judge can (in theory, though this almost never happens) decide to throw out the plea deal if, among other reasons, they feel like the defendant has not adequately shown acceptance of guilt - Baked's first plea hearing was a good example of this almost happening. Unlike the cooperation section which varies somewhat person-to-person, this section in particular is literally boilerplate legal jargon.

Furthermore, the section informs the defendant that this is not an agreement guaranteeing that the defendant will receive XYZ punishment, because the Court has ultimate sentencing discretion. This is why the Government and defendant both file sentencing memos with the Court: the judge reads them and weighs various factors, but can ultimately go below or above either of the submitted sentencing recommendations. He could give Baked 2 weeks of probation, he could give him 6 years of prison - it really just depends on what the judge feels like that day.

Once accepted by the Court, the Government (don't get those two mixed up) is indeed beholden to the specific terms of the agreement; they can't wiggle out of it any more than Baked can, so people arguing that he's going to get reamed 1-on-1 and forced to do everything he's told to at this point are simply incorrect. This may have been, and probably was, the case before the deal was presented, however.

It wouldn’t make any sense for the feds to give Baked a boilerplate plea deal. Glowies aren't retarded, they know Baked is an influential figure in this niche with close ties to other Cope First leaders. Considering Baked has zero leverage here, why wouldn’t they demand access to all his accounts and devices? Why would they ever pass up such a golden opportunity to collect intel? I’m not buying it.

Yes, I agree that summary. However I also think that during the time between now and the sentencing hearing, The Government can still threaten to claim breach of contract or make attempts to prove perjury, or other events that would provoke a breach of contract. That would be in addition to providing persuasive arguments/etc. during the sentencing hearing that may color the Court's determination of what an appropriate sentence would be. Not saying this is a slam-dunk, but look at the following transcript excerpt below:

Then compare w/ statement from Baked at 29:15 in the Jaden vs. Baked debate("they said if I go to trial, they're going to add a felony on my record that can be up to 20 years"), above. Isn't that claim the same claim that almost got him a trial date in the first place? This stream was in the past few days, making it sound like he doesn't actually believe he's guilty, etc.

Section 12:

It sounds like if they can argue that by a preponderance of evidence(vs. reasonable doubt, lower bar) he's obstructing, or perjuring, etc. the other charges are back on the table. I don't think it takes a lot of imagination to say The Government could go, "you're not letting us have enough access to your phone, etc., I am going to go to prove perjury regarding the false statements about your guilt under oath to get a lighter sentence, not because you think you are guilty. This will get the plea deal thrown out by the Court and then we are going to go to town on you.".

It's a little more nuanced/different than I made it out to be above, sure. I still think the door is open on him getting reamed 1-on-1, though.

Wish Tim had settled with Ashton, they were good for each other.
Latest from Ashton today. She may be gay. She's dated a troon. She's dated an enbie.
Tim and Ashton both had their shit so much more together when they were together. If you thought she was crazy then, she was crazier before Tim.
There has only been one serious suicide threat from her since dating him, before, they were almost daily.

I feel bad for both of them.

Baked was the non-binary person I bet.

I think everyone is giving Baked too much credit. My crackpot theory is that Baked is lining up for a third attempted swerve to re-invent himself as a liberal.

"I took down the rioters and America First from the inside. Step six will blow your mind".

Like at any point in Baked's life, has he ever gone out on a limb for someone?

They may have been good for each other, but the more kino couple would be Baked and Sammy, imagine all the misadventures they would get into if they were together. I’m pretty sure at one point during their reunion stream when they went to a bar Sammy said something about Baked rejecting her, This idiot pushed away a guaranteed cash cow that his audience found entertaining so he could simp for equally as crazy Cassandra who spends all his money and doesn’t even respect him.

So Swatter is a groyper.
I wonder how many swattings were done recently in this sphere that has been friendly fire by mostly Incel groypers? Either way, Nick is going back to court with Baked if the new Judge does a further investigation into this since this swatting could have been a threat to the life of a FEDERAL judge.

I remember reading a story by a public defender who worked in a very black area, and he described how the mothers of the defendants would use God as a get-out-of-jail card. No matter how horrible the crime was, the mothers and grandmothers would always pray to Jesus to please let their baby go. It's nice that in spirit at least, Baked is black.
