Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

Hello, 911? Yes this is Je- I mean Judge Sullivan. Please send as many officers as possible to my house.

why would he publicy say this? how is it possible for anyone to be this much of a dipshit
How is this dude so fucking stupid? Even if the judge is probably going to do his best to remain impartial, this fucking dumbass couldn't wait until after being sentenced to say something this idiotic?

What an utter moron. I hope he gets raped and murdered in prison.
The man is a nigger in every way except skin color.
[randomly invokes Mutt's Law along with some comment about him being soon the recipient of genetic material]
Either way, Nick is going back to court with Baked if the new Judge does a further investigation into this since this swatting could have been a threat to the life of a FEDERAL judge.
Blacked Alaska should ask fellow federal snitch Hal Turner how that turned out for him.

It wouldn’t make any sense for the feds to give Baked a boilerplate plea deal. Glowies aren't retarded, they know Baked is an influential figure in this niche with close ties to other Cope First leaders. Considering Baked has zero leverage here, why wouldn’t they demand access to all his accounts and devices? Why would they ever pass up such a golden opportunity to collect intel? I’m not buying it.
The feds don't need that golden opportunity to gather intel on America First leaders for the simple reason the ranks of America First are almost certainly filled to bursting with agents and informants to the point there probably wouldn't be an America First without them. We're talking Twitter bot levels of saturation here. Nick Fuentes probably can't fap to his favorite tranny e-girl or catboi without a detailed report going back to higher. For all intents and purposes, the feds are America First.

Baked Alaska calling the swatting of the judge presiding over his J6 case "a miracle".

No fucking way that Baked is this stupid, no one is this dumb.
At this point I think there is a very high possibility he is mentally retarded in some way, because no one with half a brain goes though the legal system for over a year, makes a deal with the feds and scraps by the skin of his teeth says something like this without them not being all there.
It just doesn't happen.

He is that dumb, he defaced a menorah display because the chat told him to, and is now facing a trial for it. Any other person would think "nah, that isn't worth risking jail time for dopamine."

Tim chose this path deliberately because his call center gig did not give him enough attention. He is actually this mentally ill.

It wasn't even a real menorah, just a piece of paper worth about $0. Only a genuine retard would manage to end up facing jail for that, and only a really pissed prosecutor would treat that as any more than worth a fine and waggling a finger disapprovingly.

The feds are recommending a sentence of 75 days in prison, along with three years of probation and a nominal fine. The amount of groypers he'll rat out in exchange is not listed:

Mutt's Law has been invoked. The forum warning level is now MUTTCON 1. Prepare for the Year of Blacked Alaska.

I hope the other prisoners beat him up.

75 days is more than I expected. 3 years of probation will be difficult for Anthime though considering he won't be allowed to associate with other people on probation or felons and all of his friends are criminals.

Also he can't talk to children anymore which means no more flirting with 13 year olds dressed as cats

You must not communicate or interact with someone you know is engaged in criminal activity. If you know someone has been convicted of a felony, you must not knowingly communicate or interact with that person without first getting the permission of the probation officer.

75 days would be one of the greatest sentences for someone with the the charge of parading.

Not sure exactly how sentencing works in a plea deal but assuming the judge doesn't have to go with the sentence recommendation, the change in judges seems that it could save Baked from the full 75 days. the judge who was swatted and recused himself, Emmett Sullivan, was concerned that defendants weren't being punished hard enough (one article includes him suggesting another defendant should have been charged with a felony instead of a misdemeanor for things she said after leaving the capitol). His new judge, Trevor McFadden, was appointed by Trump and has been giving lighter sentences for J6ers than recommended by prosecutors, and has acquitted other defendants.
Of the six Jan. 6 cases to be tried and completed so far, only two were bench trials. McFadden was the judge randomly assigned to both of those cases and unlike the juries in the remaining four, the judge acquitted one defendant on all counts and another defendant on one of the two counts against him. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trevor-mcfadden-january-6-trials-kevin-seefried-hunter-seefried/
He even approved one defendant to go to Mexico to throw a party for her employees and has spoken out to say he thinks the J6ers shouldn't be treated differently than other protestors:
“I know that the government believes that the January 6th cases are sui generis” — or one of a kind — “and therefore can’t be compared to other cases. But I don’t agree,” said U.S. District Judge Trevor N. McFadden, a 2017 Trump appointee. He called the riots the latest in Washington’s history of high-profile and politically divisive mass demonstrations.
“It does feel like the government has had two standards here, and I can’t abide by that,” McFadden said. The judge added that before Jan. 6, he could not remember seeing a nonviolent, first-time misdemeanant “sentenced to serious jail time … regardless of their race, gender or political affiliation.”

I'm surprised he hasn't seemed to encounter any issues after the judge was swatted, seems very obvious that Baked is the greatest beneficiary of that happening. what a nice coincidence for him that he just happened to be assigned the most lenient judge. 👁️
