My theory is that maybe the Feds could be ID'ing and arresting suspects the dumbass recorded on his live stream, and then they bust him in when they got as many perps they can railroad. I'm not a fucking labcoat at Criminology or Federal crimes, but that's the only non-tinfoil theory I can scrounge up.

If he doesn't get any Jail-time from this, then he's a snitch.

My Idea is he is a fed and thats why he never gets arrested.

I get that, but if he is deemed as useful at the moment they may just be holding back from charging him. Currently, if he is streaming these events the evidence isn't going away if they are archiving it, and he's more useful as their own personal surveillance drone for the time being.
