Well that was gay. I was wondering why I was no longer earning anything, thought it was because of my install of Brave flipping out after a hard drive merge. Just created an Uphold account, linked it to my Brave rewards, and to my surprise it kept track of all of this month's earnings, so that's nice.

Is there any advantage to using Brave now? I already turned off ads. Everything I ever earned went to this site and I used the browser specifically for that purpose. I am now in the market for a browser that isn't Chrome, Duck Cuck Go or Brave. Any ideas? Back to Firefox?

I threw my BAT at Jersh and won't be verifying. I think I'll keep using brave though. It's a pretty good browser that I can access .onion sites if the farms ever goes TOR only again. Also built in adblock is nice ever if you can find a much better one in extension.
I think BAT will take a hit after they stop buying it in bulk every month. This move might stop abuse of the system and increase the value of BAT. Or it might kill the project outright. Hard to say given the increasingly volatile crypto market.

Null said that Kiwi Farms being an unverified creator was a bug but I've been trying to donate the remainder of my BAT for over a month and it still won't go through, and it's still saying we aren't verified.

I use Gemini as my BAT wallet and I've never been able to send BAT through the browser, even when it used to be verified. The only way I was able to send BAT over was by transferring the BAT from my Gemini wallet to my Brave wallet and used the Brave wallet to send that BAT to kiwifarms.net's ETH address.

Its shitty to me how Brave claims to be a privacy friendly browser and yet the only exchanges they deal with both have very invasive KYC. I can only guess this was to stop people from making "easy" BAT money.

Those sites probably aren't too worried about adhering to US laws, companies like Uphold and Gemini don't exactly have the luxury of pretending that the feds can't come knocking.
And if Brave signed up some sketchy crypto service and the feds didn't know whose doors to go knocking down, they'd go knock down doors of the Brave people.

I am late, but extremely disappointed by this. Like many people here, I only started using this browser to give Null money. I want to continue doing what I'm doing now, but I am not making no damn wallet just for this.

Auto-contribution from my Uphold custodial wallet stopped working for me this month. Do I need to get a Gemini wallet moving forward?

Uphold just sits there with its thumb up its ass every time I try to sign up and I can't even use a VOIP number (Google Voice has been my primary number since 2010) to create an account with Gemini.

You'd think that they would fix the flagging issue or at least tell you why you got flagged rather than this hand-waving "Your profile is Flagged for seemingly no reason and no we won't give you said reason". been like this for 6 months now or longer.
