EA announced that they are cancelling a $1 million Redsec tournament that was supposed to happen today but gave no new date for when it will go ahead.

They cited "technical difficulties that would effect the integrity of the competition". In other words, the game is such a fucking disaster that they were afraid that it would glitch out in the middle of it.

I've managed to do all the challenges except for the heals in warm zone, but that's over 50% done.

Some challenges ticked off just from playing. I somehow got an adrenaline injector kill before I even played as assult. Wierd.

For the kills while freezing, I just found a good place to camp that was freezing. The one I used was on the second levels above the C flag (?), the flag under the elevated walkway between the buildings in Domination. Noob toobed and shot people fighting over it.

They need to fix that UI bug. Every year, there’s always a bug that surprises me.

Think that's what it costed to run the ad at TGA. Doubt they saw that much for it but they've always been pretty close with DICE so who knows, maybe someone there threw them a bone.
 
Empire State is not a bad map itself. I love the verticality the map brings; I love the attention to detail with the accessible apartment buildings and trashed streets. Seeing the Brooklyn Bridge off the distance is a sight to behold in a wartime setting. I don't think it works well enough for Conquest or the winter event.

I think it's okay in Team Deathmatch or Domination. It's just a really boring map for every other game mode. There are no vehicles, barely (if any) environmental destruction, map dynamics is a clusterfuck of random shit and random flanks with very little ability to actually hunker down on objectives, and the map is too small to accommodate a 64 player game mode like conquest.

In fact this seems to be a big problem I have with this game. The maps are just boring. You don't really need vehicles in any of them besides I guess tanks and maybe a helicopter or jet if you know what you're doing, but armored trucks and buggies? Meh, you can easily sprint between objectives no problem.

Why are BF fanboys the most docile and shitty fanbase? BF6 has Horrible desync, the spawn menu glitches out at every patch, and winter offensive has been hot ass. The game is losing its luster badly and Dice has went on their winter break and we wont be seeing shit for weeks.

The biggest crime is criterion being one of the devs and the jeeps and atvs drive like shit

That was the last mode I played with Empire State. It worked well in Team Deathmatch. It's tight enough to have varied engagements without worrying too much about sneaky spawns. It's big enough where it could replicate a warzone in an American city.

I was surprised there wasn't no vehicles in Empire State. I half expected a conquest or objective based map ON the Brooklyn Bridge. I think another variation of the map takes place in DUMBO.
 
Well I finished the single play campaign for Battlefield 6. Its not woke. The bad guy is a black woman.

i never played it because it seemed like it would be woke just because you are playing as nato people, i felt like that was weird and cant recall other games where you play as nato people, i dont wanna be a nafo troon, i was gonna play it to unlock the skins but then i realized the only white guy in the recon class you unlock through king of the hill
