Best of This is How You Don't Play's - What is the best TIHYDPs?

It's been mentioned but not linked but the Forza Horizon 3 TIHYDP deserves more love. A wonderful showcase of Phil not knowing how to drive, how tuning or controlling the car works, or him just refusing to understand (and bitching every time he finds one) a drift or essentially any event that isn't a race, and dear god his sheer and endless abuse of that damn rewind feature.

There is just nothing like watching Phil fishtail 8 times at the exact same corner and rewind to do it a 9th or try and do a drift event without using the E-Brake ever.
My favorite part of this is that he has the racing line on and still badly fucks up over and over. All he needed to do for basic competency was follow the line on the ground that even tells you when to brake.

I would like to suggest the GoutFather one. If you can get past the Leanna factor, it's rather enjoyable. And it's long enough to leave in the background.
Dude, Leanna was what made that playthrough so memorable. It's also noteworthy for showing the first signs of DSP's and Leanna's relationship going sour.

What I meant was her voice, you can get over the nasally shriek that is Leanna's voice that one is a good one

Another underrated TIHYDP that doesn't get mentioned that often:

That's how I feel about TIHYDP Oblivion:

I didn't think you could fail at a Bethesda RPG, but Phil found a way. And he played this after Fallout 3/NV and Skyrim.

EDIT:

However I really fucking love the Wind Waker. He sucks so hard at a game I mastered when I was like 12.

Skyward Sword's just as bad.

He even starts insulting Miyamoto at one point out of nowhere because he's struggling on a puzzle

The Monster Hunter World 'news' reminded me of TommyTakeover's TIHYDP for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate... which has a fantastic ending of a music video about the real reason DSP didn't continue MH4U after being carried through some bosses in co-op play: money. I've timestamped it to the music video ending here, but check out the whole thing if you want to see DSP even getting carried by his AI cat partner.

I really loved the TiHYDP Megaman X3 run, mainly because he ragequit at Kaiser Sigma, the last boss. The best part is at no point in those thirty minutes of mindlessly sucking shit, did he ever try anything from outside of the guide he clearly read or try to time his shots with the improved buster to maybe hit his head. He tried bruteforcing it and bitched out when the murder-suicide went in favor of Sigma.

I also really like the TiHYDP for Wolfenstein's New Order and Old Blood, mainly because I have a fondness for watching a narcissistic manchild fail at games I enjoyed playing in montages that edit out the boring chaff. I kind of wish he would play the old Return to Castle Wolfenstein because of those two, if only so I could watch him get wrekt by snipers and flaming zombies.

All of his GTA ones, full stop. Being a hardcore fan of the series since III it always warms me at the core of my dead heart knowing that I could never fuck up this badly. His general confusion at the random elements of the sandbox is really what puts the nail in it for me. He seems to lack the brainpower needed to adapt to any situation at a moment's notice. He gets mad when he drives on the left side of the road and gets hit by oncoming cars in San Andreas, insisting that they're on the wrong side (???), he blows up so many cars inside the Pay N' Spray in LCS in one session than in my whole gaming life and he cheats at the end because he can't be arsed to finish the story properly.

Any sort of sandbox / open world game with a little bit of randomness brings out the best in DSP because his confusion is so thick you could cut it with a knife. He genuinely gets upset and bamboozled at things not being exactly the same.

That one. He complains about random traffic in games, especially in open world games... wtf man, are you retarded? He expects them to be the same every time.

He also expects to be able to drive on the wrong side of the road too without getting any consequences. He's a vehicular manslaughter waiting to happen.

as a life long madden player his madden play throughs were so frustrating. he really is an autistic retard who doesnt know how football works. I could go into more detail about everything he was doing wrong but it would be an essay.......that one always stood out to me because I have been playing the series for over 15 years

Metal Gear Solid and Souls games ones are classics. Dark Souls 3 one ain't as strong as the previous souls games, but has some good parts in it. Been recently rewatching through 'em and can't help but chuckle whenever he's in the "human" form in Demon's Souls and either someone suggests Phil to kill himself or Phil goes "I'm going to kill myself".

. . .any of the GTA compilations (the shorter the better). In particular "World Toughest Mission. . ." David Davidson does some decent ones specifically most of the OVERWATCH ones (Doomfist is a personal favorite). Crash Bandicoot also great.

Most of them though are WAY too aggressive though. It becomes less about showcasing the guys terrible skills and just trying to make terrible jokes intercut with really stupid YouTube comments.

I honestly haven't seen too many decent ones recently as you can only do so much with the recent material they've been given.
