Better Call Saul

After Gus threatens his father he knows that his plan of replacing Tuco with someone more stable was pointless as everyone above him is a maniac like Gus or Eladio.
Ironically, this is exactly the kind of over the top threat Gus made against Walt that caused him to go full Ham instead of becoming compliant. "I will kill your wife, I will kill your son, I will kill your infant daughter." We all know Gus would never do this (other than to Salamancas). He wouldn't do this if Walt were dead, because there would be no possible benefit from doing so. We know this. Walt didn't.

This led to that amazing scene in the crawl space where Walt completely lost his mind, one of the scariest things I've seen outside a horror movie.

Nacho was a lot more pragmatic and goal-oriented, and realized he was in a dead end where he had two situations, one where he was dead and his dad was going to be dead too, and one where his fucked-up shitty choices in life led to his own death, but he didn't have to go down having also killed his own dad.

Wow.

RIP Nacho.

MY NIGGA NACHO
His name was Ignacio Varga!

MM brought such an A game to someone you might have thought at first was just a side character. You knew this guy was in an absolutely hopeless situation two seasons ago. So did he.

Maybe MM himself is the Nacho Varga of this series, sort of like Aaron Paul ended up in BB. Bring an A game to a role where you were supposed to get killed earlier, to the point the people running the show say "you know what this needs, oh yeah, more of THAT GUY on the screen."

The rest of the end of the show really needs to pay off, though, to get over whatever loss of interest I have now that my favorite non-main character died, and that it was technically a suicide (everything Nacho had done to that point was a suicide by someone else).

I have to say I think he got a good ending. I am pretty sure Mike is going to live up to his end of the bargain.

Nacho is the common nickname for Ignacio. Dude was awesome, but we all knew he was gon die.

I'm still waiting for the BCS Mike sniper reveal to bear fruit.

You spoilering nignog.
Quit being a trigger nigger. Spoilers are inevitable in a thread about a specific show, and that's why I avoid the thread because just the way people try to avoid spoiling lead to spoiling because people here aren't retards and are smart enough to get spoiled if they just see people artfully avoiding saying certain things.

I view something like 48 hours after a show aired as sufficient time for people of normal intelligence to deal with obvious things that happened.

Also the racial slur was not aimed at you personally.

How hard was it to avoid this thread before watching the currently aired episode? Hell, don't even bother being around fandom chats about the series if you care so much about avoiding spoilers. It's like the easiest practice of good opsec. God help us all if you are a story writer trying to keep people on their toes in an online forum.

Spoiler fags and their insistence that everyone cater to their viewing schedule on the internet will never get old.

I got an idea for a spin off.

7 die hard Breaking Bad/ Better Call Saul fans are on a special themed BB/ BCS cruise. There is a bad storm and they all get in the same lifeboat. That lifeboat finds an uncharted island. There they have to learn to live with each other while trying to get rescued. It can be called Gilligan's Island. You can have the actors from the old show guest star as different characters. It writes itself.
