If a guy is willing to pay $$ to see your naked body (or even to fuck said naked body), even if you are obese or otherwise look unhealthy, that could be seen as validating.
However, if a woman who even looks halfway decent/healthy shows off her body, it makes the landwhales and troons feel bad about themselves.
It's inherently self-centered, and based on petty jealousy and an unwillingness to do what it takes to improve your physical appearance and health, even a little bit. They try to play it off as "it's objectifying!" even though they themselves have no sense of sexual morality and therefore no grounds upon which to criticize the very notion of "sexual objectification."
