This is what I was fearing about bluesky. Gamedevs are gonna use this platform to get vindication for their retarded ideas without any push back. And because this platform pushes force positivity, it will only lead to games getting worst.

I'm pretty sure that these cartoons are made by really old guys who aren't very intelligent.

They're clearly not informed on current events, but I would bet that even when they first started drawing these political cartoons their references probably weren't up to date or accurate to anything resembling reality, even in a way that could be excused as satire or an obvious exaggeration.

Their frame of reference is so limited that they struggle when trying to draw anything besides the same few "bad guys" that they're confident everyone will recognize. And they're not clever enough to create anything interesting or original that could get their point across in that silly cartoon style.

Good, slop economics fueled by captured audiences are already on the downtrend for gaming in general, if they amp up the enshittening to eleven it will be the chemo it so desperately needs.
