That is EXCELLENT news tbh. Porn is the only industry powerful enough to put checks in balance over the DMCA, though really they might lose it just because they're suing Google over the false claimants, though if Google isn't doing their job passing it along perhaps not.
Porn as industry is dying on its feet. I listened to Jon Ronson's podcast, the butterfly effect recently, the only people making money from porn are the distributors,i.e. hotel chains or companies like Pornhub. Anyone directly producing porn in return for money, are literally getting fucked.

This is specifically drawn porn and these websites are distributors.

They don't have to win to win. Just make it more costly for Google to fuck them over than it is to change their shitty DMCA practices that aren't legal anyway. Eventually the bean counters will decide it's cheaper to fix them, although they'll do absolutely the bare minimum to make the lawsuit go away.

Here's a story of a cow facing the prospect of Federal court justice, Libel Lawsuit Over University Rape Allegations Can Proceed. The usual college stupidity, neither remembers what happened after midnight before they woke up together, except "it is undisputed that they were both fully clothed," and according to the exam the next day she had no evidence of sexual intercourse. Went to the police first, then not getting satisfaction went to the university and got him expelled, then hounded him on social media, costing him an internship so far.

The People v. Jacob Wohl & Matthew Johnson

This one stems from Jacob and his little buddy swindling a man out of his securities, leading to his subsequent suicide, making Jacob another lolcow indirectly responsible for the death of an innocent victim. The two of them have been charged with selling unregistered securities, as well as false state security. As such, they could both face up to or over ten years in prison.

The next arraignment is on December 9th.

George Zimmerman Sues Trayvon Martin's Parents, Florida Prosecutors, Benjamin Crump, Rachel Jeantel and Others for $100 Million

Boca Raton, Florida, December 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch and a former U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutor is representing George Zimmerman in a lawsuit alleging that the prosecution's key witness in his 2013 murder trial, Rachel Jeantel, was an imposter and fake witness. The suit, styled Zimmerman vs. Crump et. al, filed in Florida state court, also alleges defamation by the Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump. Go to www.larryklayman.com

Specifically, the complaint alleges that in March 2012, the Sanford Police Department thoroughly investigated the shooting of Trayvon Martin and closed the case as self-defense. A week later, Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump produced a recorded audio tape of "Diamond Eugene" whom he said was Trayvon's 16-year-old girlfriend who was on the phone with Trayvon just before the altercation. However, two weeks later, 18-year-old Rachel Jeantel, the alleged imposter, appeared before prosecutors claiming to be "Diamond Eugene" and provided false statements to incriminate Zimmerman based on coaching from others.

These allegations are the result of newly discovered evidence just published in a book and film by Hollywood film director Joel Gilbert, called The Trayvon Hoax: Unmasking the Witness Fraud that Divided America. Based on Trayvon's cell phone records, they allegedly show that Rachel Jeantel was not Trayvon's girlfriend, was not on the phone with Trayvon before the altercation, and that she lied repeatedly to cause Zimmerman's arrest and to try to send him to prison for life. The research also allegedly reveals that Trayvon's real girlfriend and legitimate phone witness was in fact Miami resident Brittany Diamond Eugene, who was switched out for Jeantel when Eugene refused to bear false witness against Zimmerman.

The defendants include those who allegedly either have been proven to know about the switch to the imposter witness, such as Trayvon's mother and 2020 Miami-Dade Commission candidate Sybrina Fulton, and others such as Tracy Martin, attorney Benjamin Crump, Florida prosecutors Bernie de la Rionda, John Guy, Angela Corey, the State of Florida, and FDLE - all of whom are alleged to either have known about or should have known about the witness fraud, obstructed justice, or lied repeatedly under oath in order to cover up their knowledge of the witness fraud.

Zimmerman, who faced a life sentence had he been wrongly convicted, based on the alleged false evidence, is suing for damages in excess of $ 100 million dollars.

I'm fairly happy about it. I couldn't wish worse on someone than having Larry Klayman as a lawyer.

There's two more cases on the Supreme Court website, if you wanna take one for the team and buy them. I know it's only Canadian money, but I'm cheap as fuck. LOL. I really wanna see what crazy chick wrote in the original blog post that started this whole lolfest.

Well here is the latest one. Slapp is now defeated. Case is moving forward. Judge pretty much completely dunks on MVK in attached decision.

Anyone have access to Washington States court records? I'm trying to find the Onision court case, but nobody has bothered to get the actual documents, just the court record showing a hearing on the 24th.

The Case is in Pierce County, Tacoma, Washington.

If it's a small district court you may have to call and request documents. If it involves a minor it may be sealed.

@AnOminous posted what we know in Onision's thread. Not sure if it's the right terminology but he's petitioning the court for an order of protection, i.e. a restraining order, not a lawsuit as such.
He hasn't given a single reason he should be granted an order of protection.

The one on Repzion is even more pathetic of a joke.

My guess is this is laughed out of court.

So its gonna be in district court (same level as traffic infractions). What @Null said basically. He still has to make filings, even for a protective order, but its in the "this shit is not that important" category. No idea how pierce county might handle that, but in some places you actually have to go in person to get district level crap. *sigh*

I looked for a dedicated thread on the legal asshattery between Scott Baio and that Eggert slit. Couldn't find one. It's really heating up lately.Maybe deserving of it's own thread?
Team Chachi and the Eggert fandom are constantly exchanging death threats now.

He filed it himself with his own illiterate ramblings which gave absolutely no reason to grant him a restraining order and amount to "I'm butthurt!" If he doesn't show up nothing happens. Probably nothing happens even if he does. Russell Greer tried doing something like this in Utah to nool, nobody showed up on the other side and nothing happened.
