There's also the fact that their assessment of 'most comic accurate MCU show' isn't even close to true. The original Jennifer Walters was a shy, meek, submissive woman that was able to find her confidence and assertiveness through her She-Hulk transformation, eventually electing to keep the She-Hulk form permanently because she enjoyed this newfound confidence. But current year writing being what it is writing a woman ever being in a position of disadvantage or weakness is totally verboten, ruining any chance of her having a narratively satisfying character arc. Jennifer Walters in the show started out as being totally confident and on top of the world and she managed to successfully fight off Bruce Banner within 15 minutes of becoming She-Hulk, going so far as to berate Bruce for advising her to be careful and brushing off his very real concerns that she now had the power to level a city when she gets angry. But sure bud, we're mad because she twerked.

And I don't know about you guys, but I was pumped to see a legal drama with superheroes. Class action lawsuits against the Avengers for incidental property damages or wrongful deaths, Tony Stark fighting off a patent suit for using some other company's interlocking spring in the Iron Man suit, you could do so much with that premise. But nah fuck me, can't have subtlety or any of that complicated stuff that makes the <90 IQ's brain hurty. Green woman twerk audience laugh now.
