I don't know if you're posting that shot as something Bob agrees or disagrees with, but that guy is 100% correct. Thunderbolts was solidly entertaining and FF was an actual good film. There's a solid argument that the Marvel brand is badly damaged.

He's responded to a few articles about kids not caring about the MCU with "Of course they don't, they're kids, they're not supposed to care about what their parents care about" ignoring that a lot of kids do get into older stuff (I loved Star Wars and the first one is almost twenty years older than me) but I think, as mentioned above and I've said in some posts, he's okay with setting aside the MCU because now he has Gunn's DC universe to devote his self-worth to.

His main target for the reason the MCU faltered is Covid and also Bob Chapek. They're the only reasons Marvel ever lost a step, nothing else, because clearly their quality is fine unless you're a MAGA CHUD like the Drinker or EFAP.
