Time is a measured interval, years can be subdivided into months, which can be subdivided into weeks, further subdivided into days, and subdivided yet again to hours, minutes, and seconds. So those all start measuring at 0, like every other interval. Your premise is the one that is flawed.

That's quite false. You're trying to turn the #4 into #3 and every number = -1 of its value which is the stupidest argument I've yet encountered here! You're also implying that FOD=6_4 is a measurement of time - it's not.

Oh that? He came up with that subrule a long time ago, back when he was just a shade more functional (my guess is he went out more).
