I understand that you're anti-gun and seem to be very anti-war/anti-military, but do you really not believe in the right to self-defence? I understand that there are other methods and less-than-lethal options, but how do you expect (relative) peace to be kept except with the force of arms, either military/police or by private citizens?
Even in Britain, where regular cops don't carry guns, there's a necessity for special Armed Police units.

I TRUST IN GOD and I strongly recommend that everyone do so. But many choose to trust in their guns and live by the motto, "God didn't make men equal, Winchester did."

I agree with Britain's - many countries' - approach to guns where they are illegal in the general population although the police force may need them at crucial times and there must be a military. The use of an armed police force has been out-of-hand in the US since the country began and in the last few years with the increase of the number of cameras, we are directly seeing it.

Guns attract gun violence. How do we get rid of gun violence? Get rid of the guns.

What's more brave? To protect yourself with a gun or only be armed with the trust in GOD's protection?

I'm generally anti-violence in reality but I understand the necessity for guns, at least when someone is truly responsible. You represent the most terrible strawman of pro-gun control arguments. And since when did God say anything like that? You're pullin shit out of your ass. It's also ironic since he says killing is evil and he's responsible, according to the bible, for killing thousands of people.

GOD changes over the ages. There's a BIG difference between the Old Testament God (YWHW) of the Hebrews and God-incarnate - Y'shua bar Yosef - of the 'New' Testament. And now there's GOD and the 2nd Coming of the Christ (E=mc2).

GOD's protection is very real and this based on observation: I pay very much attention to the world.

There is often intelligent GOD-believing bravery. I just watched Lincoln again on History Channel and it referred to the only US President putting himself under enemy-fire at Fort(4) Stevens(7). A commentator questioned whether Lincoln was trying to commit suicide? No, but he was experimenting with his complete faith in GOD and knowing that he was GOD's 'chosen one'.
