So Steve O spoke up, the first 12 mins or so are covering the Bam situation. Most telling statement of all is that when they did the skateboard collab for their mini tour Steve offered to help Bam set up a trust fund for Phoenix with the profits and Bam didn’t even respond to the offfer.

That poor, poor fucking kid. He probably would have been better off being born into some dirt poor Mexican peasant family in Oaxaca than the absolute hell family he's been dealt now. There is no amount of therapy that will ever allow that child to grow up without massive emotional scarring from the ordeals that his disgusting alcoholic has been slob of a father and dumb BPD skank whore of a mother are going to put him through. If there is a loving god, they both get declared incompetent to raise a child by the state and he ends up in the care of Steve-O or Knoxville or something, absolute most :optimistic: scenario.

I hate to feel like a nice guy m'lady defender but what a shitbag Bam is to be accusing Nikki of golddigging. As soon as she got knocked up she could have left Bam and taken him to the cleaners for child support.

I don't consider her an angel, she did hook up with Bam on his downward spiral after all. We'll never know the full extent of her enabling of Bam's behavior as well as the likelihood that she was abusing drugs herself and possibly while pregnant. But she still stuck with him for far longer than she needed to if her goal was just to be a Baby Mama.

But anyway I'm guessing this is the David Glass representing Nikki. If so I feel Bam is fucked. I think she hired good representation who has experience in this field and more than likely has a good rapport with the judge. https://www.epglawyers.com/team_members/david-j-glass/

Most damning of all it wasn't Nikki who claimed Bam got shitfaced while visiting with Pheonix. It was Steve-O of all people. Bam is never going to even get part time custody.
