They specifically don't like Palestinians. You'll often hear this brought up by Israel supporters, and while I don't think that is, in and of itself, a good defense for Israel's actions, it is definitely noteworthy that in 1991 Kuwait openly and officially ethnically cleansed half a million Palestinians from their borders and not a single one of these pro-Palestinian activists ever, ever mention that.

Think about it, the Nakba, which happened almost 80 years ago, and frankly seemed to be mostly self-inflicted (Arabs (who were not yet called Palestinians) choosing to leave of their own free will and then being upset that Israel didn't let them back in after winning the war) is still held up as one of the greatest crimes in human history. The Israelis didn't displace many more Palestinians than their own Arab Muslim brothers did in 1991.

I just don't see how bread tube is dying, maybe some of the random no namers have quit making videos after they failed to get popular but isn't that normal ? I see people say that white identitarianism is growing rapidly and the left claims it is such a threat, can you name me a pro white influencer that is growing as fast as any of the above influencers ?

It's not dead, but it's definitely fading (some might even say dying, but I don't want to be accused of coping). Not all of them, but most of them. Hbomberguy might be the exception, but frankly his coordinated attack on Somerton (along with Toddintheshadows and Jessie Gender) might have actually led to Somerton's suicide which will probably cause serious problems for him and other's affiliated with him.

Contrapoints gets views on his annual videos, but his influence is stifled by the fact that he barely releases anything. Actually, if he did step up production I think he would get less views because a) who has time to watch all that crap b) the rarity adds a sense of prestige to his videos when he does release them.

The biggest names aren't collapsing or anything, but they're stagnating. They'll probably still be here in a couple years but they lack the wide appeal and powerful supporters that they had a couple years back.

Did they really? I haven't really seen much growth of other breadtubers with Vaush's fall. I imagine that most of them were already watching other breadtubers to begin with.

I've checked and the videos he makes have mainly had the same viewer count for the last 2-3 years, and most of his most viewed videos are from 6-7 years ago when the channel began.

Shaun released a video on the Israel-Palestine conflict and what struck me as significant is Shaun's inability to understand Israel's perspective. I would go so far to say that Shaun is anti-Jewish. Not anti-semitic as he does not hate the Jewish people, but he would oppose the beliefs of Judaism and the cultural values of the Jewish people if he learned about them.

He should read the Talmud and what it says about Gentiles and Jesus - mainly, that Jesus is boiling in a pot of excrement/semen in hell. If he started reading those passages he'd be in right wing territory and he is loathe to ever share the same criticism of Israel as, say, Adam Green and Keith Woods.

Shaun views Israel as a colonial project and that all of horrible things Israel has done to the Palestinians is due to the oppressive nature of a colonial project. He is puzzled at why Israelis celebrate certain actions (an example being Israelis setting up lawn chairs to watch the bombing of Gaza in 2014).

I mean, that is a fucked up thing to do. It's similar to the "dancing Israelis" of 9/11.

There wasn't anything to threaten New Atheism in 2011 and yet that whole movement fucking imploded. They're hoping that New Urbanism can fill the hole that would be left by Breadtube (hence why many Urbanist Youtubers are either Breadtubers or Breadtube-affiliated), but I guess we'll see what happens with that.

It doesn't matter if they're stagnant or not as cool as they once were. As long as they're still on top and unchallenged, that's all that matters.

Breadtube has never really been on the top though. As people have shown even their top viewed videos have struggled with getting more views than their right-wing counterparts.

Say what you will about the Critical Drinker, he's a one trick pony, but the entire impetus for this review is that Critical Drinker is bad because he has a "conservative" viewpoint when reviewing movies, which implies that a leftist prog viewpoint is the only one with value. His comments are full of soys pearl clutching about how right wingers are dangerous. It's hard for me to believe there's enough of these losers to make up an audience this big. There are Drinker fans in the comments dunking on it too but their takes are lukewarm, probably because the real zingers are getting culled from his comments to keep up the 'loud majority' façade.

And say what you will about Asalieri, he at least respected my time enough to not stretch his reviewer reviews to a full fucking hour of pissing his pants over the latest AVGN episode.
