I don't know if he's insecure about his breasts. Chris really does believe he's got giant knockers. (That's because the original flawed measurements told him he was a D or a C or some shit, and if you compliment Chris once, even mistakenly, that shit's going to be burned into his head forever.)

He's trying to increase their size because being a girl is his hobby. He thinks he's a hot lady already, but he can always be more hot. So in addition to spending money on video games and legos, he spends money on girly bullshit. Like titty vibrators. It's another hobby for him.
 
I wonder if barb can hear the hypnosis tit enlarger, if so maybe he can compare his size with his mom to see if the effects are working. Which leads me to another question i know he tells her way too much, i mean what does she say when he says "mommy im making my tits larger through musical hypnosis". She has reluctantly gotten used to it at this point, I reckon. I'd imagine that she'd just sigh, shake her head, and go to the freezer to have some ice cream to comfort herself, wondering where the boy went wrong. Of course, she would have to carefully read the labels or else she would be in for a "salty" surprise...
