Chris gets repeatedly blocked on Twitter by random people he's never met because he won't stop interacting with them, but he forgets to do the bare minimum interactions with his actual friends who want to know him, so they ultimately just fuck him off completely and he ends up alone again. After his recent displays of telekinesis, his CPU powers are totally depleted. Moving that stone was a major drain on resources. It takes a few weeks to recharge. If Chris wears the Amnyfest Ring and the medallion at the same time and also sends me $500, it recharges quicker (definitely enough to have a full charge by BronyCon 2019) but I don't think he knows that.
