I saw a picture that made it look like they changed or made a whole other story for the remake/remaster of Modern Warfare, i assume if that is the case it's another "modern" woke thing since it showed a brown woman

Yeah, it's different. The middle eastern women plays a big part. I don't know if I'd call it "woke" but it was clearly trying to fill a quota.

This can conceivably happen, Mexico is that ass backwards.

No, it can't. Mexicans are extremely sensitive about their northern border with the USA. It's basically the opposite of America. Various groups thumbing their nose at the federal government and denying it effective control is not such a big deal, but any foreign incursion on its territory, particularly from the United States, is a really big deal, let alone an armed takeover of Mexican territory by Americans.

So no, an American PMC with American flags on its uniforms just rolling up in armored vehicles onto Mexican territory, landing a bunch of military helicopters, and arresting a contingent of the Mexican Army is not something Mexico City would just shrug its shoulders at and say, "Eh, pendejo, what can you really do?" That should have been a major international incident. It was treated incredibly flippantly, like nobody in Mexico City would have noticed because they're too busy taking naps and drinking tequila.

It was already somewhat absurd that the Mexican SF guy crossed the border to chase a fugitive, and Americans crossing the border into Mexico to do the same, but I was willing to suspend disbelief because "ultra secret black ops terrorist whatever," and a lot of official lawlessness already surrounds the War on Terror, so okay, whatever. But Americans landing on Mexican territory, firing on the Mexican Army, and taking control of a Mexican military facility, and it's just no big deal at all? That's not how anything works, not in Mexico, not even in real shitholes like Costa Rica.

hahah, if you only knew, my dude. They pull that kind of shit both ways a LOT. That's why I said it can CONCEVABLY happening, not that it would. During the Obama Administration, CBP got into hot shit more than a few times for turning a blind eye towards American "militias" crossing into Mexico to do cool guy shit.

Based?

I still want to know what the fuck was the point of Graves even taking the base? And why he suddenly started executing civilians when he detained Alejandros men and kept Valeria alive?

Maybe it's been too long since I played, but I legit can't remember any logical reason stated and can't come up with one of my own. It was just like "Shadow Company betrayed you in the last game they gotta do it in this one."

Maybe that backstory would be explained in MW Tres or the premium story DLC.

The MP for this is fun, but there's not enough content. Now lobbies are filmed with majority level 55 players. Kind of starting to get board. Just unlocking stuff.

As a MKB player, the aim assist controllers have is retarded. You're playing different skill-levelled games with different mechanics. After a few rounds, I knew something was off. Played for a few days. Still noticed how off it all was. Googled and did some research. The aim assist was way more overpowered than I even thought.

Also, it is amusing to see all the npeople who defend it, or deny it exists because they like to think they'd COD gods by being low skill level with the game aiming for them.
The aim assist issue is highlighted with the bolt action marksman rifles. Lightning fast ADS time, no flinch, one shot kill. Combine that with aim assist, it’s unstoppable. It honestly wrecks lobbies because you either have to join them or use meta weapons to fight back.

The aim assist also works behind penetrative cover and smoke. They forgot to patch the smoke on release even though in 2019 they didn’t have this issue.

Don't forget it works even when someone is flashed. Chuck a flash into a room, it goes off, move in. Still get killed by flashed person.

There's also dynamics like flinching when being shot at on MKB which aren't the same on console. Aim assist ignores or over comes it. On MKB it actively fights you being able to aim.

It's retarded when you can't aim on someone with your sniper. Yet their SMG with no scope just laser in on you at range.

The M13 rifle that was unlockable last game through normal progression is now an unlockable through a very specific challenge in the new DMZ mode (Escape from Tarkov knockoff).

You have to go find a radiated zone on the map and kill an NPC called the chemist, and said NPC has a lot of health and is guarded by 20 AI bots with armor. After he is dead, grab his custom M13 and extract. The strategy is to find an armored car, run over him and his goons, and then quickly hop out and grab the weapon.

The issue with this challenge is forcing players in multiplayer to play an unforgiving mode, fight other players to get to the chemist, be the first to get his M13, and safely extract. Extractions takes longer than Tarkov and once a squad extract the extraction zone is no longer available. That means out of all the players, you can theoretically only have one player unlock it per game.

This challenge is going to be a shit show and naturally the player base is upset. Why force people on such a poorly designed quest in a grindy mode when the last game would of just had you do a series of four multiplayer challenges instead.

It’s shit like this that just makes me feel stupid for giving the Devs money.

Warzone 2 is pretty good but it's not worth playing until they fucking fix the game. No sense in wasting your time in a long match when the game crashes every 10 minutes.

DMZ is cool too, Tarkov casualized (but actually fun).

DMZ challenge is kind of bullshit. I finally managed to kill the fucking chemist today, but his gun just was nowhere to be found and while looking for it I got slaughtered by his men.
Probably clipped through the ground or in a rock because we all know this is a hastily designed mode. Did you do it solo?

The EV Hummer product placement in Warzone is not very good. It runs out of power very quickly and twice now it just explodes randomly.

The SP-R 208 is total bullshit. Anytime I see someone using it it's always a console player who goes 43-10 because they have autoaim.
