661 definitive checks out. As you mentioned the director is known for directing (has IMDB credits) and titled this as a short film of his on his official vimeo. I think 662 one does as well, it passes the test of having been released in some video format as seen by this it did have a DVD released:

Technically this would pass the test of having been released to home audiences in some physical format (in this case DVD), though I do think we'd all like to avoid pr0n if possible, the way they title their films would make this thread far too easy so I think it's best to only use it when theres truly nothing else available.

I agree with some criticisms in your list, but being obscure and/or short is not a dealbreaker. I also would say that 2.77.3 is fine for 277.

It actually seems to me that standards have tightened from the free-for-all in the first few pages of this thread. Production numbers are clearly rejected when proposed.

My initial plan was to go through the whole thread, but after 260 it degrades so hard that just about every entry looks suspect and I got tired of googling every one of those. Completely possible it gets better after 300, but I'm probably not going to work through those.
I accept that a lot of what I typed up might be redundant, but I had it typed up anyway so I'm posting it in hope someone has a use for the raw data.
But yes, there is literal porn on this page followed by a newsreel and apparently the numbered by week newsreel is counted.
