It's a good find but it wouldn't count as a film unfortunately689... a bit of a reach... but a winery called 689 Cellars has a promotional video ("689 Cellars Summer Scene")

It's clever wordplay but unfortunately unless 722 or Seven Twenty Two is written out in the title it wouldn't count.Does this count for 722?

Filmed in January 2020 in Northern Finland. A little town called Inari and its surrounding wilderness has become a great source of inspiration for me. This time I brought my drone to see what the coniferous boreal forests, rocky hills, frozen lakes and rivers, and other familiar snow-covered locations look like from the air.
Music composed by Jutta Jessika.

It's a good find but unfortunately they wouldn't work for 689 and 694, because they're episodic in nature we generally discount Weekly Newsreels. It is likely that the filmmakers didn't intend for them to be seen as stand alone films. This is a real reach, but maybe they will qualify for the elusive 689 and 694
There are two WW2 German newsreels. They were on film, shown in theaters to the public
They are on Internet Archive

Released in a DVD set

Well, I tried lol
Don't know if this can count as 689. They're not a film maker, but decided to make a crude static animation "mini-movie" called "experiment 689" with Gacha Life sprites. It's not an ARG so it's intended to be viewed a standalone film.Good find on 722 definitly works.

While it isn't episodic this, I think, unfortunately wouldn't count either. In order to keep us from just uploading a bunch of Youtube Videos and titling them '701... 702' etc I tried to come up with some minimum standard for what makes something a movie and not just a video, with submissions needing to pass one of the following seven criteria and this doesn't seem to pass one of them:Don't know if this can count as 689.
